[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking forward to this Beautyrest plush pillow top mattress for a while. I finally was able to get it and have been testing it for a month or so. When the mattress arrived it was in perfect condition and delivery was smooth. The mattress itself is very heavy so two or three people to lift it. Once it is in place you can enjoy it. When I laid down on the mattress it is very stiff and firm. I didn't feel any plush at all. Now when you fall asleep you definitely get a good night's rest without tossing or turning. As the days go by it starts to mold to your body and it gets uncomfortable but you still get a good night's rest. I also have notice some dipping in the mattress where your heavier part of your body lays and it's a hard and makes you toss around until you find a comfortable area. Even with these issues after a month or so you still can get a good night's rest without waking up tired and restless

Having Queen BRS900 Extra Firm since 09/OCT/24: One single person on the bed with 125 lbs. Not Extra firm as described. The mattress started sinking in the middle after only 1 week. Have been waiting to see if it will stop sinking but not yet. Have been having back pain. Thinking about exchange or return.

Mattress supports while you rest or sleep, and waking up there has been no soreness and aching . Mattress is soft and comfy, I’m definitely pleased . Highly recommend .

It has a plush style top that isn’t too soft. This was a wonderful upgrade for my guest room and I am very happy to know that my guests will be comfortable and sleep well on this mattress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, it was past time to replace our almost 20-year-old much loved firm Beautyrest mattress and we decided to replace it with - you guessed it - another Beautyrest mattress! This Beautyrest Silver BRS900 Extra Firm mattress is definitely extra firm which is exactly what we prefer but with the nice padding on the top it is still so comfortable. My husband swears that his back pain is much better sleeping on this mattress. We did have a 3-inch foam topper on our old mattress and it turns out that we don't need it on this new one. The stitching is sturdy and the mattress is well made. It is a couple of inches thicker than our old mattress which actually makes our new sheets fit better and stay on the corners better. The edges of the bed do not slope down when you sit on them, so they are nice and sturdy as well. We just love the feel of it and how it much better it makes us feel when we get up in the mornings. It makes our old platform bed feel like a new bed. Now we did purchase and put brand new slats on our platform to make sure the bed was good and sturdy for our new mattress and we also put a fairly new mattress pad on top so between the three, our Scandanavian teak platform bed feels like it did 45 years ago when we first bought it. We're not young anymore and a good mattress is a big deal for us to not have pain every night and to get a good night's sleep. This beautiful Beautyrest mattress fills the ticket. You forget how pleasurable a new mattress is until you get one. We are loving it.

It’s a extra firm mattress, but the sides sure don’t seem like it’s more than weak, it sleeps nice if your in the middle, but if you set on the edge to put socks on or put your leg up on the bed to trim your toe nails setting on the edge it’s not got much support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I love this mattress. He is 6'3" and about 250 pounds. Because he has had back problems in the past, he prefers a firm mattress. I am 5'5" and about 140, and I like a mattress that is on the firm side too but not too firm. I did some research before ordering this one, and although it is a medium, I read an article that said it feels more firm. I'm glad that I took a chance on it, because it is very firm while having enough softness on its top level to still be comfortable. It is perfect for both of us. We have been sleeping great with no issues. I also really like how nice this mattress looks with the grey sides. It is very stylish for a mattress. The stitching is nicely done. It looks like it was made to last. We couldn't be happier with this mattress and highly recommend it.
