Great piece of equipment…I’ve used this since 2022. But…that’s not the subject of my writing you. KUDOS to the author of the Troubleshooting section…your product is so good, I never read the troubleshooting page until now - Apr 2026… And, I discovered my problem was completely “operator error”. Under “Problem” is “Engine will not start” Possible cause is “Aliens or otherworldly phenomenon that scientists will never fully understand.” What a Great Sense of Humor…!!! I served in the navy…Whenever we had a problem with ‘that cause’, we attributed it to “stray marines & gremlins…” Thanks for the laugh…!!!

This item was bought based on Westinghouse reputation and the price of the product. The assembling instructions were easy to read and it went together without any problems. It was missing a nut to attach the "mounting foot" but that will not be hard to replace.

I bought this pressure washer last week to replace a pressure washer I had for over 20 years. My wife and I cleaned our patio today and the concrete looks new, we cannot believe the difference. It took about 2 hours to clean the entire patio, where to old pressure washer would take about 5 hours. Absolutely thrilled I decided to buy this pressure washer and cannot wait to use it again to do the siding on the house.

Seems to function well. However, the quality of the hose material and tires are subpar. Not sure how many years it will last, compared to my previous pressure washer that lasted for 20 years. Does a good job for now.

We literally used this item for the first time and the hose got a hole in it and we had to stop using it. Was excited to use it , but feel like it won’t hold up long term.

Just bought the unit and I am already impressed by how well it performs. Tried all the tips and a very nice selection to do different jobs. The machine is a great value .

I decided to switch from an electric to a gas pressure washer and have not been disappointed. The difference is night and day with the pressure and just easier to move around without dragging the extension cord around.

I purchased this power washer about a month ago and it does not disappoint. The power of this one compared to my old electric one you can't compare. Easy to set up and easy to use.

I bought this several days ago and have found it to be an exceptional unit. It starts easy and maintains a steady flow. I am very pleased with the unit.

Just bought yesterday, very easy to assemble and started right up. Have not used yet, planning on that this afternoon and predict all will go well and will be happy I made this purchase!
