I had some trouble starting my unit the first time. But the second time it started on the first pull in cool weather. The hose provided with the unit is very stiff and difficult to coil properly after use. I also have had trouble draining the water hose after use. If the motor is not running, the water that drains through the wand is miniscule and doesn't drain the water hose well. A drain valve at the water inlet would solve this problem. The direction booklet is comprehensive and easy to follow; assembly was straightforward. Otherwise, the power washer seems to be solid and does what I need it to do.

Has the feel of a well-built machine that will last, but easy enough to lift into my Jeep, and to wheel around. Starts on first pull and runs until you stop or gas is empty. One gallon of gas goes a long way. For cleaning driveway, sidewalk, and porch I paired with Karcher 15-inch surface cleaning attachment (disc)—makes jobs go so much faster! Quick-release nozzle attachments (included) clean house siding, brick, and wood with great results. The only minor "complaint" is that every once in awhile (maybe once for every hour I'm running it) I lose pressure completely for about 40 seconds. It's probably a bit of debris somewhere in the system I haven't identified. Overall, 5 stars.

This is a good gas-powered washer for the price. I have owned electric higher psi electric washers in the past, but they did not perform as well as they are rated. This gas model has much better power and has cut my driveway and deck cleaning time in half.

Used it once so far and it performed well. Water pressure was sufficient to go through an extension wand and to the 2nd story level siding. So great value for the specs this pressure water offers. I only wish the pressure water hose connections were quick connect types. But that's not too big of a deal, just would save some time.

Bought this two weeks ago and had it running the same day it came. Went together with ease. The quick start manual was great. The on/off switch and the gas and choke switches are clearly marked. The power was impressive. This is a great upgrade from the Honda 2500 psi we replaced.

The unit is well thought out and engineered. Final assembly was super-easy and took about 15 minutes. Added oil (included), gas and water and the unit started 2nd pull. Limited use so far, but the unit appears to have plenty of power. I didn't find the unit exceptionally loud as some reviewers stated. After all, this IS a gasoline motor! One issue of note though, the trigger design will pinch the inside of your index finger if you're not careful.

I will probably end up replacing the hose for a longer length and less memory in a rubber braided hose. I love that you don’t have to stoop to cart this around on its big wheels. That means a lot to the older generations. The coupler from the hoses on the pump are directed straight at the muffler. I saw a gentleman that put a 45 fitting that made sense for the in-go garden hose. I strongly urge people to take their time, putting the engine oil in as to not to overfill it. And also have the water running while you grip the trigger in one hand and pull start the unit with the other. It’ll save the Pump. I haven’t had a chance to try it out yet, but I need to submit a review for me to get the free pressure washer tips. But being a small mechanic, it’s put together well. It’s a good homeowners borderline commercial unit.

I purchased this as a replacement for my Husky that had a broken pressure pump. The assembly was easy and the engine started up after 2 pulls. I washed my front steps and the driveway with my new washer and did an awesome job. Would recommend this washer to anyone.

Very happy with the performance so far. Arrived via FedEx and had the silica package inside of the plastic bag break and the abrasive silica scratched all plastic and painted surfaces pretty badly. Only a cosmetic issue, but still a bit disappointing.

I needed to power wash the outside my house to prepare for painting. I checked online for the best power washer. Reviews and price led me to this one. It was easy to assemble and get started using. I used it on my siding yesterday and it worked great. Changing from spray to soap is easy. Power was good. Easy to use.
