if you change the oil after 50 hours it runs great and strong we did have to remove the gas cap when running to allow the gas to draw down to the engine..... BUT the wheels are set to fail and we ended up replacing them They are made of plastic and will not last long... trust me THEY WILL NOT and the motor mounts come loose very quick. No big deal but replaced them as well...

I just tried out my new pressure washer and it's a winner. Handled all my chores from washing the car to removing many years of built up grime and algae on my sidewalks and patio. Plenty of water moving through the system to rinse as you go. Engine handled the varying workload easily.

The maintenance free pump lured me and after unpacking, I noted the rugged steel base welded to the tubular steel frame and handle. Thye engine has rubber blocks between it and the base. The fuel, on/off, and recoil pull handle are bright yellow and easy to see. The handle height is PERFECT-no back strain and large wheels make moving it easy-peazy! The spray nozzle holder with labeling, a hanger for hose and wand--a "Cadillac", then I fired it up-2nd pull. It blasted clean the concrete driveway better than any other pressure washer I have used.

Easy to assemble when received and worked well once parts attached, oil added, and fueled up! Ran 3 hrs without a hitch or hesitation to power wash house. Plenty of power and fired up easily when cut off during project. Two recs to make: (1) Zip tie soap hose to frame near left rear wheel (pops off too easily during operation vibration as held only by small grommet); and (2 Empty soap canister after each use per instructions (leaked out if residual left in after use). Very good machine and good price point!

I just received the pressure washer today.It appears that the product is what I ordered. I,m looking forward to using it on Monday. I’m also very happy with the service I received at HomeDepot from Sheila in the Bethlehem Store.So far my involvement in purchasing this product has been very positive.

For the price, you will not find a better pressure washer with 3200psi. A couple of little things: 1) the outlet for the pressure hose comes out right at the handle bar, so the hose has to go behind it. The only problem with this is that it is right over the wheel. So if you need to move the washer backwards, the hose will get pinched between the wheel and the bar. The attached picture shows a fix I did to hold the hose up. 2) The wheels wobble a little. Also, the Quick Start directions instruct you to install the wheels, even though the wheels are already installed. I guess the instructions need to be updated. Overall, I am happy so far with the unit. Starts on the first pull. Pressure feels pretty strong.

I have not used this machine, as my neighbor needed assistance with this machine. I had trouble pulling the cord to start the machine. I called the customer service department and spoke with three individuals who were very helpful, Shalonda, Dana and Jessica. Everyone was extremely helpful and went above and beyond my expectation. They were able to help me solve the problem and I am waiting on a new pump which should fix the problem.

A pressure washer is a much have for the modern homeowner. And, after much deliberation and research, I decided to go with this Westinghouse gar powered 2700-PSI option over an electric one. I am very happy with its performance thus far and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Money well spent!

The water pressure unit itself works well. Unfortunately, the water pressure line burst during my first use when it made contact with the hot exhaust. The design is not a good one because there is only one way to connect this hose to its fitting, which places the rubber hose in very close proximity to the the hottest item on the pressure washer. It was very frustrating to have this washer fail during its first use and more disappointing that I have to purchase a new hose as a result of a lackluster design. The design can easily be improved by adding a 90 degree fitting to redirect the hose away from the muffler.

Every attachable piece comes in its own bag and is labeled. Normally its one bag with all the pieces together. What a novel idea. My wife says a woman must have thought of this. Instructions are easy to follow. Takes about 10 minutes to assemble once you remove all the pieces. You even get a sheet that tells you what and when to do maintenance. A sheet that tells you the best use for each nozzle. Good information. If it works as well as it is packaged this is going to be good. I used the product for about 5 minutes after I filled with oil and gas. There were no hose leaks and no leaks at the connections. The engine started on the 2nd pull and ran well. I used the white nozzle on my concrete patio for a few minutes and was able to clear the mildew and dirt accumulated for the last 2 years. All in all a good product. Time will tell if it is a great product.
