This pressure washer was packed very well and arrived in perfect condition. Very minimal assembly was required. Took less than 5 minutes to assemble using their quick start guide. Added the fuel and oil (supplied) and it was ready go! This unit is very well USA built and solid in all areas. The operation was very intuitive to use. It was up and working within a total of 30 minutes. Started up very easily and worked smoothly. I am totally satisfied with the purchase and highly recommend the product to others.

When I received my washer, most of the accessories were missing. I immediately called Customer Support. After giving them my required information and the missing parts information, the lady verified my purchases and told me the missing parts would arrive in approximately four days. No hassle. Very friendly. Parts arrived on the fourth day and I finished the assembly of the washer. After putting in the oil and adding gas, it was ready to go. It took about 10 pulls to get it started. Power washed by patio and everything worked fine. Simple to use and did a good job. Would recommend this to others.w

I live in Northeast Florida where algae, mold and pollen are a huge problem. This machine cuts through algae and mold on paver blocks like a hot knife through butter. Easy to assemble and set up, I had it running in less than an hour. Usually, 3 or 4 pulls will get it started, but you may have to fiddle with the choke some. Seems to be pretty well built, all the controls are easy to access and well marked. I wish the device had a tri-plex pump rather than an axial one, but those are usually only found on much higher priced machines. Plenty of water pressure and water flow and with 5 sprayer tips, you can easily handle most any outdoor job.

Overall the unit works as advertised and the variety of included spray nozzles provides great adaptability to most any cleaning project. Instructions to complete the few remaining assembly items for the washer were thorough and the process was simple and quick. I did have to remove the cleaning fluid tank hose from the attachment point on the pressure pump to cut off some of the clear hose that was crimped due to excessive length in the line (easily done). Starting and operating the the unit was easy with just one or two pulls. Only recommendation to Westinghouse to improve the product at this point is to switch to rubber tires as the solid plastic ones do not provide a satisfactory stabilizing base for the unit when in operation. Vibrations of the unit during operation cause it to more along flat surfaces such as concrete, thus requiring chocks to keep it in place. Overall, I recommend the product.

I love this pressure washer!! It was easy to assemble and it is very easy to start. The upright cart style is extremely easy to maneuver. Be sure the hose will not come into contact with the hot engine parts to avoid delays in using (I learned the hard way -- simply not paying attention). I chose the 3200 model to make cleaning a large concrete patio and driveway a snap, and glad I did. I especially like that the storage for nozzles is color-labeled for easy access to exactly the one you want without having to double check.

My point of comparison is an Excel pressure washer with 6.5hp Briggs engine that I owned for 19 years. This Westinghouse wpx2700: -was easy to assemble -started on the 2nd pull -is compact - smaller than my old Excel which means it takes up less space in the garage -has a fuel shutoff valve and a dedicated on/off switch which I appreciate -big wheels that make transport and movement easy -the location of the water inlet and power hose connector, make movement of the machine relatively easy - you don't have to fight the hoses when trying to roll the machine -it is easy to connect the hoses - you don't have to pinch you fingers and scrape a knuckle trying to attach/detach them. First job was washing an old boat and a paver walkway. Did both very well. Ran it for an hour and the pressure was very consistent. Wand was comfortable to use. Overall a very good experience.

Kinda easy to assemble if things would line up, but they don't. Some poor engineering such as the soap dispenser should be clear, not black so I can see how much soap is in it. Lastly, I did my garage floor and this thing vibrates so much that it dances all across my garage floor. I had to tie it to something heavy or it would have ended up outside.

This is how a product should be. It was perfectly packed. The parts were easy to identify and install. The wand holder is perfect. Even the front rubber foot is intelligent. The quality is high everywhere you look. And the included documents were easy to read.

This review is based on very limited usage the wpx2700. The pressure washer was easy to put together The instructions were clear and easy to follow although a nut was missing from the pack apparently Westinghouse is sending me a new one very easy to find some it an m8 nut. Washer seems to have plenty of power and cleans vinyl siding very well I like especially beyond board soap dispenser and the holder for the trigger and wand as well as a place to hang the hose. The only thing that I would change would be the plastic wheels for rubber wheels other than that personal preference I like machine.

Getting the grunge from the concrete around our pool was almost impossible even with bleach. This picture shows how easily the job was. I'm a 75-year-old woman, and I had no problem operating the machine, except for pulling the starter cord. I'm short and can't pull it out far enough to start, which is the only drawback. My husband needed to do that. The concrete came up looking almost brand new. (Husband in photo while I shot the picture.)
