Was a little skeptical about Westinghouse name in the power washer field. But it’s a nice unit, easy assembly, fired up first time, ran it for a couple hours and did a great job. Worked it over pretty good. Seems like it runs a little hot sometimes but Florida water out of the ground is not generally real cold. Only downfall is the type of hose. It’s one of this stiff ones that has to be untwisted frequently. May change that out.

My husband loves it so much, he bought one for our son as a birthday present. It has worked well on our old wooden painted fence. Once my husband learned which nozzle to use and how far to stand from the fence, it removed most of the layers of paint. With a quick light sand we were able to repaint the fence with a minimum of physical work. We are using it to remove 3 layers of paint from our old (116 years) brick foundation. We could never remove this paint with a sander without damaging the brick. We used it to clean the siding on our home and it worked great. The trick is to find the right nozzle, how far to stand from the item and which direction to aim the spray. Practice on a small hidden area first.

Bought this and very disappointed with it. First use of the soap nozzle tip and it blows out immediately - it is defective (made of cheap plastic) and does not stay in and so that function is unusable. Two of the the other tips function but nor very effective. Additionally, there is a lot of cheap parts on this unit and so I question its durability.

For the price its a great item with lots of power and i have owned quite a few from high end hondas to genrac electric, and i am not a fan of electric. This item takes a few pulls to start and the hose sucks but all factory hoses suck. That being said in this price range its way better then expected. I have ran 5 tanks of gas thru it and no issues and yes i got a 50ft hose for 20 bucks and very happy.

Bought several years ago. No issues until this year. The housing on the outlet valve is cracked. Due to the use of a rare pump model, finding a replacement has been impossible. Contacting support for help. They don't have a phone number. So I have to submit a ticket and pray someone gets ahold of me. Outside of that the unit worked good. Due to the difficulty of finding a replacement for this pump, I've had to attempt to JB weld multiple times now.

Great piece of equipment…I’ve used this since 2022. But…that’s not the subject of my writing you. KUDOS to the author of the Troubleshooting section…your product is so good, I never read the troubleshooting page until now - Apr 2026… And, I discovered my problem was completely “operator error”. Under “Problem” is “Engine will not start” Possible cause is “Aliens or otherworldly phenomenon that scientists will never fully understand.” What a Great Sense of Humor…!!! I served in the navy…Whenever we had a problem with ‘that cause’, we attributed it to “stray marines & gremlins…” Thanks for the laugh…!!!

I took delivery on the Westinghouse 2700 pressure wash early in April 2026. I had to do some light assembling work - add oil, attach handle, install a couple of holders - and then got right to work. The pressure on this washer is astounding. It works so well. It came with 4 different spray nozzles, ranging from wide to narrow, plus a nozzle when dispensing soap onto a surface. This is a good one. BTW, I bought a Westinghouse home generator a couple of years ago, and I feel the same way about it. A good one.

Instructions for assembly were comprehensive, and the assembly went smoothly 😀. You need to empty the original box before starting to assemble, and it's better to use a 10mm socket rather than a 10mm wrench, which didn't work for the application, you will also need allen-wrenches, and 13mm wrench. I purchased this last fall and have yet to actually use it, but I expect it to work great based on the reach I did, before purchasing.

I needed a new power washer after mine took a spill, so I looked up some options online and this product had the most consistent, positive reviews out there. After getting it home, it was VERY easy to put together and the pressure blew me away (figuratively and literally)! I highly recommend investing in this product for it's power, easy of use, and overall quality.

This thing is awesome! Easy to put together, easy to start and perfect power for cars and cleaning around the house. Was able to do my outdoor furniture, clean around the pool and got the farm/trash truck looking good again. I had electric before but the extra cord was a pain and the power was unmatched. Excellent Product.
