Right out of the box we find cracking and peeling paint on the gas tank. This could not have been boxed without noticing the defect! So now I have a brand new piece of equipment that is set up for future issues. The Gas Tank chain is wedged between the metal housing & the inner plastic tan. It doesn't simply pull apart and Im not sure how to address this issue.

It was easy to assemble. The book did not specify the amount of oil to use when setting up so I had to call and ask which happens to be the entire enclosed bottle. The hose attached to the wand gets tangled/kinked easily when moving around. The directions show where to connect the water hose and wand hose but the handle of the washer gets in the way of the wand hose and the water hose gets too close to the engine. The washer works well though and starts up right away. I would recommend.

I bought this model last week after not being able to start my duramax 2700 power washer that I only had for about 5 years but did not use last year. Needless to say I threw a temper tantrum and had to give it to the scrap guy. Anyways, bought this one cause the price was right and it was had the same power as the last one I had which was plenty for just around the house stuff. Id give this one 5 stars if it did not vibrate so much during use. Not a huge deal but the only negative so far.

So far this power washer has been great. I did my entire driveway in about two hours. My only complaint would be where the water hose attaches to the unit. It seems to be a common problem that the hose hits the wheel while power washing and puts a hole in your hose. I will have to figure out a way to reroute the hose and not have it hit anything while the machine is running.

I am leaving this review after assembling the item and completing the warranty registration. I plan on using the pressure washer within the next week and will update this review with further information after my first use. As far as the assembly the instructions left a few things to be desired in regard to the upper and lower spray gun holders. The directions weren't clear and the tools specified were lacking. In addition to the 10 mm wrench noted in the instructions, assembly also required a socket wrench and an allen wrench. I was also to find a good video on YouTube that described how to assemble these two pieces, especially the upper holder with the push rivet.

Just received my WPX 3200 Pressure washer and it is very impressive. Everything was packaged perfectly and the directions were very clear. After setting it up and preparing it, I gave it a test run. WOW! It performed like a champ. I know this is the first day using it but if everyday is like this, it will be a great purchase. So far, so good......Thanks

I purchased this last month but have just gotten around to taking it out of the box and putting it together. I have been unable to get the handle to attach because the main frame seems to be bent. It'll probably work just fine without the handle but it would be nice to have the handle to store the nozzles and handle.

So far everything about this washer is great. It assembled easy and started right away. For my patio and house the pressure iv VG. I don't like where the oil spout is. You need a flexible hose to get the oil in but that's not a problem for every day use.

I bought this power washer for my young adult son as a gift to wash his truck. He loves it! He washed his truck and our cars, and he didn't lose power at all after over an hour of using it. We are going to use it on our deck and siding this summer as well. I tried it and thought it was fun too! It does a great job! My husband and son had it put together in less than an hour too. It came with oil, and they just needed to get the right soap to fill it. It's nice that it has a soap tank that's easy to use, and it knows when to add soap to the water based on the nozzle that is on it. Very cool!

I was really impressed with the packaging of the 2700 model. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. A real winner. I tested after unboxing and it started on the first pull! I am looking forward to prepping my new concrete patio (prior to placing sealer on it) and look forward to giving it a real test.
