Arrived quickly. None of the nuts would thread properly on the screws so I had to use what I had on hand for one set and I will have to go buy another set to finish attaching the wand holder. Otherwise set up and directions were great. Started right up, easy to use and works great! I spent about 4 hours over the course of the day using it to wash our giant decks and it did an awesome job! Glad I bought it!

Bought this because my patio and driveway looked horrible after years of neglect. It made short work of cleaning them up. Liked most that the soap feature worked as it did by just using the correct nozzle. Change the nozzle and it switched to water. Could use a set of extension wands as an add-on product to make it even better.

I purchase this unit to clean the outside and patio of my house after hurricane Ian devastated Florida. The set up was easy and straight forward. I used the unit to to clean the house and was impressed at how well it worked so i decided to clean my driveway. I was very pleased with the outcome, note: I had to purchase a hard surface cleaner for the driveway. I would recommended this unit to anyone who ask.

The pictures in the instructions were a little small for my eyes, but I made them out clearly enough. Everything is in individual bags and they're labeled. It was easy to put the side holder on for the spray handle and I love that it sits/stays there when you're moving the machine around. It's easy to operate and start, and does what it's supposed to do!

I purchased this pressure washer on 4/20/2023 and received it on 4/25/2023. I assembled it on the same day it was delivered and did a test area on my driveway. I held the instruction manual and read my way through the operation making sure to complete each step. Everything went smoothly with the test I did. I proceeded to pressure wash my driveway on 4/26/2023 following all instructions in the manual provided. 3/4 of the way through my project the high pressure hose that connects the washer to the spray gun just burst suddenly! There were no kinks, it did not get caught in anything. Seemingly no reason for the hose to suddenly burst open. I was very satisfied with the operation of the machine but I am completely dissatisfied with the malfunction of the hose which has stalled my project. I would like a representative to reach out to me for replacement of the hose.

Very glad I bought this. The pressure washer has plenty of power. Very easy to assemble. Just a few steps to put the handle together, screw on a rubber isolator pad under the front, connect the hose and wand, and to add oil (provided), soap, and gas. After that, the engine started on the first pull. The motor and pump rand flawlessly and kept going for hours, until I was ready to stop. It made easy work of cleaning up the stained white vinyl railing on my deck. This was my first Westinghouse purchase, and I have absolutely no regrets on choosing this unit.

Used it for the first time. Ran flawlessly and has plenty of power and pressure. Reviewed several brands. What you should know about reviews, that none are perfect. I read them and looked at the few negatives and what they were about and decided the complaint were Petty. garden hose going over the tire and pressure hose close to hot muffler. Couple of Eye hooks took care of both problems. The only thing I would suggest to Westinghouse is ditch the 25 foot hose for a 0 foot hose. Even if you had to raise the price a few dollars. I used on my roof and had to buy a 50 foot hose. No big deal.

I bought this a year ago and just brought it out to clean off pool ladder. Hooked up the hose, turned it on, just to get sprayed in the face as I pulled the crank. There is a crack in the metal squirting water everywhere. It looks like I am not the first person this happened to. What can we do to fix this? This is definitely not money well spent! Not even used 4 times!

I was surprised at the power difference between my old electric pressure washer and the WPX3200. Cleaning is so much easier. My only complaint is that it takes no less than 10 pulls before the engine starts, whether cold or warmed up; very disappointing considering the unit is brand new. I'm 67 years old and it takes a lot out of me just to start the engine. Once the engine does start, unit performs great

I just received this and it worked very well for the few minutes I used it. Unfortunately I did not notice that the hose wrapped around a piece of the pressure washer that gets very hot and it melted through the hose and poked a hole into it. I just put in my information for warranty, so will update my review as I go through that process.
