I purchased this product to replace another washer that I had been using for multiple years. It was relatively easy to put together and operate right out of the box. I had all the tools needed to complete the assembly in less than 1/2 hour. It was sturdy and functional for all the tasks that I had to complete within a few days before going back to work. My driveway looks much better even after using a neighbor's washer two weeks before. I was able to remove mold and mildew on the eave of the roof with little effort. I am very satisfied with the efficiency and power of the washer and will complete several other tasks for relatives who came by my home to see what I was able to accomplish in two days.

Just started using it, 10 minutes later the brass connector for soap inlet snapped off and sprayed water everywhere. I see dozens of reviews with folks saying this and the main inlet body snap and customer service is playing ignorant. Shame on you Westinghouse. Make this right or I’ll get my $ back.

Just purchased and I’m excited to use it. The assembly was very simple and I’m glad because I’m not at all good at stuff like that. Great price and I like the quick start up guide instructions that are about two pages that you can keep in your glove box or near by.

Never seen an outdoor product/tool packaged so well. Each individual component was securely packaged and clearly marked. The manual (glossy) gave step by step instructions and easy to understand operating/maintenance procedure. Started on first pull. Have used on 4 projects. Flawless operation.

This 3200 got the job done. The pressure is good (enough to clean pretty much anything). Looks like it could last a while. The cons on it are hard to put oil in, the water pump is turned to where the hose (rubs on wheel) took a bungy cord and held the hose out of the way, also the hose to the hand held sprayer is aimed the same way. After putting a hole in the hose because it curled towards the motor and burned a hole in it ( we had another hose thankfully so we got the job done). Wish Westinghouse would have put a metal plate to where that wouldn't happen, or turn the water pump to where the hoses hook up in the back. All in all I'm happy with it.

I picked out this gas pressure washer over many that I researched. This pressure washer has plenty of power to clean driveways without chemicals. I pulled the rope twice after I assembled it and it started running. Took just a few tries to pick out the right tip and I was blowing off a 1/2” thick layer of mud from my street and driveway. Someone else is building a new house directly across from mine and the mud is so annoying. Anyway, I’m not sorry that I purchased this machine, it’s a great tool to have around.

Seems to work well after 1 day of use. One issue I did notice, however, The connection of the high pressure hose to the unit is very near the exhaust for the motor, and so it seems to get very hot. I don't know if this will cause problems later on, or not.

So far I’ve used it 1h since delivered and I’m very comfortable. The only reason I rated 4 stars is because the second time I tried to start the engine it was really difficult, I needed to repeat the process several times until it started up. Other than that, the washer has a very strong power and I could clean very well my deck, chairs and a door removing heavy stains easily

After ready several reviews stating the engine was connected to the baseplate with rubber feet and glue that didn't last long,one person said he straped the motor to the frame, I was hesitant to make the purchase. I don't know if the manufacturer changed the design, but the unit I received has studs that penetrate rubber bushings and nuts attached beneath the base plate and above the motor frame, this motor is going no where unless the studs break or the nuts come loose. I'm very happy with the purchase, the motor started on the first pull ! One word of caution the white tip which has the widest spray angle and hence the weakest force blew the Infinti emblem off my engine manifold cover. I used the yellow tip and a soap spay on the under carriage of my '72 VW bug that I'm bringing back to life and it cleaned all the oil and grease off the engine and transmission and the frame

Ordered arrived in only three days after purchasing and was hassle free to setup with basic tools. First day after delivery I power washed my two vehicles and a muddy four wheeler. With the different tips included with spray angle this power washer was able to tackle the job of removing year of dried mud with ease. Would highly recommend to others. The reviews are true!
