I am very pleased with the cleaning power, and versatility of the multiple sprayer heads. This is the easiest starting engine I have ever owned. The tiny amount of assembly is trivial. The User Manual is excellent with complete Operations and Maintenance instructions. A complete parts list with a complete exploded parts view is provided. Overall excellent product.

I bought this for my husband for his birthday about a month ago and so far, he loves it. We have always borrowed pressure washers from family, and he said this is by far the best pressure washer he has used. Pressure is great, Options are wonderful.

Washer worked great on siding and driveway, soap feature made things much easier then my previous washer that didn't have it. When cold, engine starts on 1st or 2nd pull, when hot it can take as many as 10 pulls to get going again, if not for that issue, I would have rated it 5 stars.

I bought this item because I have always like the name brand. I was very excited to use it. The day I was ready to use it, it wouldn't start. I worked on it for several hours and even had my neighbor to try to start. It never start and i was so disappointed. A Rep said they will send me another one. I will see. Now I have to wait to complete my project. I am very displeased.

Has great power! I purchased this after using a much smaller pw and I expected this one to be stronger, and it did not disappoint. Using it for cleaning and stripping my deck for new stain and also for cleaning my vinyl siding. Works well, and for the price it’s a great value

I bought this model 1 week ago and had compared different gas pressure from different makers with the same strength and read the different reviews. Positive points of this model is the PSI and GPM along with the prize. From other reviews as far as the location for the connection of the water hose and the high pressure hose is not ideal due to possible damage it may cause for the tire. Fixed the water hose issue by using a "L" water adapter and will still figure out the pressure hose. Might use a plastic hook to attach to frame to hold the pressure hose. Overall so far this pressure washer is great for house hold use and especially for car wash.

The maintenance free pump lured me and after unpacking, I noted the rugged steel base welded to the tubular steel frame and handle. Thye engine has rubber blocks between it and the base. The fuel, on/off, and recoil pull handle are bright yellow and easy to see. The handle height is PERFECT-no back strain and large wheels make moving it easy-peazy! The spray nozzle holder with labeling, a hanger for hose and wand--a "Cadillac", then I fired it up-2nd pull. It blasted clean the concrete driveway better than any other pressure washer I have used.

Tools I used were: 10mm wrench, 10mm socket, 13mm wrench and an allen wrench.. Allen wrench was needed to keep the bolt from turning while tightening. 10mm socket was need to attach upper hose attachment to side handle. the 13mm was needed to attach foot rest.

I bought this item last month but I’m just getting around to using it. I absolutely love it! Easy for this ole gal to use especially since I’ve never used one before. Just cleaned my driveway that had some oil stains & it cleaned it up nicely. Also cleaned my back painted porch slab, wood pergola, swing & glider. Love this pressure washer! Now on to cleaning the house siding!

This 2700 was simple to assemble. It did a great job on an 11 year old deck that had never been cleaned before. I used a Karcher surface cleaner attachment. The gate and fence were done with the 40 degree nozzle. Excellent results. Recommended for both performance and value.
