I was looking for a pressure washer that was easy for me (a lady) to use. Based on reviews online and the fact that it was priced lower than most others, I purchased. It arrived quickly. I used it within a couple days. Other than smelling plastic the first few minutes (which is normal) it ran perfectly and is as powerful as described. I also love that the wand on this one is longer than others I looked at so it makes cleaning overhead easier.

I bought this because I was tired of trying to find a job and being told sorry we went with someone else with more experience. I'm starting my own detailing business and I can't wait to use this thing. It was really easy to put together and with the handle and wheels it's going to be even easier to get it onto my trailer.

Bought WX3200 to cleanup around the house, as I liked it’s versatile use. When it arrived, I cleaned concrete in my backyard and the results were great. I had to call their customer care when the machine didn’t start initially, it was easy to get hold of them, and they guided me through the process successfully.

IThis is my third pressure washer and I knew from the start on the others that they would not last long..and they did not. I went with Westinghouse on a recommendation. As soon as I started this it was great. Pressure is steady and strong. I had caked in sap on my vinyl siding and this got it done!

Seems quality built and thought the price was excellent for this level of washer. Only 6 hours use but very impressed with pressure and ease of use. Does go through gas a little quicker than I would have thought. Have not used the soap option yet.

Finally needed a power washer but avoided them to numerous failures in my friends’ equipment. Thanks, Westinghouse for such a well organized and labeled device and Manual. Best since the days all machinery was made in the US. This manual detailed not only proper operation but VERY well covered how what steps to take for different storage periods. FABULOUS! No wonder my friends end up replacing stuff.

Purchased less than a year ago, and after a couple months the on/off switch broke, so now it doesn't click into the on or off position when you turn it on or off. But the biggest problem is starting the thing. It was always hard to start, and I didn't realize that wasn't normal until watching other people turn on their pressure washers. The pull rope broke so many times trying to start it, and eventually I had to buy a new "unbreakable" one. I replaced the spark plug and it's a little easier now, but it won't start if you follow their directions where it says to start it on choke; I have to play with the choke/run and fuel on/off to get it to start.

Bought this last month and just used for the first time today. Cleaned mold buildup off of two north facing, 10x10 doors on my shop. Worked great! No problems at all. Very easy to use and operate. Seems to be made very well. Purchased to power wash my house before painting, thats my next project. Great product and price!

Received on time and was impressed with ease of assembly. Would give 5 stars if I would have used it before review. Have not used it yet, as waiting for warmer weather, but unit looks like it will be perfect for cleaning the fence, siding, driveways and decks of three properties I take care of. Very portable. I have ordered a 50ft hose and quick connect kit for ease of use.

I like the way the detergent tank is built into the pressure washer. My "universal" surface cleaner would not work properly with the new pressure washer so I had to purchase the Westinghouse surface cleaner. I'm sure this is by design, so I was not happy about that.
