This was my first time buying this brand and it worked OK, started fairly easily and I had no complaints for the first 8-10 times of use the first year. I went to use it the second year, it had trouble starting and when it did start the engine block cracked and now it is useless after just 8-10 uses.

We purchased this model after carefully searching around at other comparable models. We are happy with the choice we made. We tried it out and were very pleased with how it cleaned our first chore! Our propane tank was full of grass stains and sat 12 years only with cleaning by hand. Now it looks new, what a difference! It was easy to assemble and start up and will be convenient. Look forward to see how it does with all the things around our home!

I bought this after the two electric power washers died after a few uses. This was very easy to assemble, so easy even a grouchy old lady can do it! So far cleaned some outdoor furniture and cat boxes. The driveway comes soon. Started after three pulls and cleaned as advertised.

We ordered this gas power washer for washing siding, deck, walkway and our vehicles. So far it does not disappoint. Am very happy that it starts right away. Our neighbor said we could have bought the electric version but our property is large and power cords is not an option. So we bought the gas version and it has a lot of power. Thank you for a great product.

I've bought a lot of gas-powered equipment lately, and been often frustrated by assembly. This had the best packaging and ease of setup I have seen yet - all parts were very clearly labeled and bagged individually, instructions were clear. And it was easy to use, and worked very well. Good job Westinghouse.

I bought this power washer to do difficult cleaning tasks: 1200 square feet of concrete patio around inground pool which has 22 yaer of mildew, mold and grime as well as sidewalks, concrete porch, and a brick foundation that needs to striped and repainted. Also need to remove mildew of vinal siding on north facing walls. The sprayer was easy to assemle and it it started with the second pull. The instruction and maintenance manual is easy to read and understand. Easy to use, I got through half of my power wash projects in 6 hours, and didn't' get we in the process. I also bought a rotating surface cleaning attachment to help with the cleaning projects I needed to do on both horizontal and verticl surfaces. So helpful!. ;-)

So far pressure washer seems to be working great. Started up on the 2nd pull. My only issue is that the siphon hose was bent, and the black plastic cap for the hot water pressure release valve came off, that is why I left 4 stars. However, customer service was very professional, and replaced my siphon hose before I used the unit. I would have given them 5 stars but they don't ask for a review. I do plan on calling them back for the black plastic cap

I received my pressure washer yesterday. I am a 67 year old widow who was raised by my dad and then later by my husband to diy. I wish I had paid more attention to detail in this stuff. It took me a couple of hours to assemble but this was me trying to find the right tools. It took a few pulls to start. I only done a small area to test and it passed. Pressure was good and I hope the pulls to start will get easier. It is to early to give a full review.

I gave 4 stars only because the spray gun holder is not user friendly to install. The top bolt had no way to hold it while the lock nut was installed. I used needle nose pliers to hold resulting in scarring the plastic. This is only cosmetic, but disappointing.

I bought this pressure washer because my old one died. I read the review and was a little skeptical because it had such great reviews, so I waited a few months before I would write mine. The pressure washer lives up to the reviews it is very powerful and starts pretty easy. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
