This product arrived in questionable packaging (box was torn up) but once I opened it up, the product was not a cheaply made product. I was very pleased with the strength and appearance of the machine. From a performance perspective, it is very strong and consistent. From a maintenance perspective, it looks like it will be very easy to maintain as there are no parts that are in tight spaces. Everything looks accessible from a reasonable angle.

Have only used this pressure washer once so far, but was well pleased with the ease of starting and the cleaning job it did on my long front porch. Assembly was very straight forward with the help of my 8 yr old grandson. Will be washing gutters next and expect same good results. Plenty of pressure for around the house projects. Would definitely recommend this sprayer.

The product was easy to assemble and the instructions were clear and thorough. After using the power washer for the first time it was simple to use and very powerful, more than enough for my siding, patio, and outdoor furniture. Looking forward to enjoying years of use with this intelligently designed machine!

I BOUGHT THIS TWO WEEKS AGO. AND THANKS FOR THE FAST SHIPPING. EASY TO PUT TOGETHER. SO I TRIED IT OUT ON SOME CEMENT. THIS PRESSURE WASHER HAS A LOT OF POWER TO DO THE JOBS I WAS DOING. I USED THE WASHER FOR THREE DAYS.AND THE WASHER DONE A GREAT JOB.

A workhorse. I like that the connections are metal. Would be wary not to drop the wand onto the cement - it is plastic and can possibly crack easily. I'm not too crazy about it attaching to the handle of the unit as it doesn't feel as secure as it could be but it works. Assembly was not too difficult - required a screwdriver and wrench to tighten some bolts. I did think that some of the bolt placement was a little unusual which made it difficult to reach to but not impossible; nothing that affects the machine itself but probably just a simple design flaw. Overall, performs very well. As someone who doesn't typically read the instruction manual, I would strongly recommend that you do so with this unit. There are a lot of safety points and proper usage instructions that should be followed and NOT ignored. I feel that this unit, with proper care, will last a lifetime and am very satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend.

Bought this power washer for my business to replace an old one. I was immediately impressed and the ease of set up. From in the box to out on the job took a grand total of six minutes. Started up right away and worked great! Certainly better than I was use to or expected.

i bought this and love it i can see why it has a 5 almost 5 stars it should have 10 stars very well built great pressure this is the only pressure washer brand i will buy from now on you caint go wrong with this one you will be very pleased great product 10 stars from me thanks

My unit just arrived this past weekend, on time. I assembled it today, which was pretty easy. You will need a couple of tools to complete the job. After adding oil and gas, it fired right up. Make sure you check the oil level as you add oil. It can be over filled easily. Unit has great power. Love it so far.

Easy assembly, quality parts. My only issue for not providing a 5 star rating was also mentioned by others who reviewed this pressure washer. The location where the garden hose attaches to the pump is not well designed. The hose will have a tendency to touch the wheel and the shaking caused when the engine runs quickly will wear a hole through the hose. I was aware of this so was careful to keep the hose away from the tire...but a slight move while washing my car and the hose started touching the wheel. Within a few mins I could already see the exterior of the hose rubbing away. I will be purchasing a 90 degree adapter to divert the hose away from the tire. I can also see the pressure washer hose rub on the vertical cart pipes so will need to come up with a way to protect that. It's just a poor design in how the hoses attach to the pump and should have been changed by now to avoid damaging both hoses.

I purchased this product to replace an electric power washer manufactured by a different company. When I received it and unpacked it, I was quite impressed with the initial quality out of the box. once assembled and prepped, I started it with just 1 pull and gave it a test run and was very impressed. For it's first task, I plan on washing my barn and horse stalls in preparation for painting and I'm quite confident it will be up for the challenge. I'm happy thus far..
