[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had initially seen a commercial for this product and had to see it for myself, it's definitely got its good use cases, we are currently using it to hang some things! Aside from the novelty I am not sure how worthwhile it is to own, but it does exactly as it says!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arrived recently and I added this to my box of adhesives. That box contains all the normal suspects for duct work, sealing, etc. I had a few opportunities over the holidays to use the Alien Tape and to my surprise, it works very well! Strong adhesion for a wood project, and I was even able to remove and reuse! I can't say I've done that for any other tape. Also used this externally on the house after a freeze. I had hold something in place to the stone outside and again, it worked well! I'll definitely be keeping it in my toolbox.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the packaging for this product is somewhat misleading. It says you can hang pictures on any surface including drywall. Most people who would be using something like this would do so because they don't want to damage the walls with a hook or screw. But once you read the instructions inside it clearly says that you can only use it on painted surfaces and drywall if it's going to be a permanent installation because it will damage the painted surface or drywall. I don't know many people who hang pictures permanently. Anyway, I got this to help with a loose rubber tread on a metal step in my backyard. It doesn't say if it works on rubber but I had success. I used cleaned both surfaces and applied a generous amount of the alien tape and it has held up really well, even after snow and rain. I also used some to hold a rug in place on my tile floors. (If I had wood floors, I wouldn't have used it for fear of damaging the floor.) These are the type of applications this product is perfect for.

We're people who love removable strip type tape for posters and all sorts of things throughout the house. The alien tape gives us a more flexible alternative that isn't in pre-cut strips so we can play with the use more. Awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for few weeks now and I must say that I really like it. I have used this on my rugs to keep them in place and for putting picture frames up on the wall. So this Alien tape is pretty impressive. It's a 2 sided tape but the texture of the actual tape if kinda like hard gooey material. It's very straight forward, easy to use. My only advice is to keep the plastic protector on the tape roll so you wont get pet hairs or lints on it because the sides of the tape roll is also very sticky. Now for using the actual tape for projects, make sure the surface is free from dust and debris. I wiped the surface real good and let it dry for a bit. Added my tape and it stuck real good. I am really happy with the outcome especially on my entryway rugs. They used to move around and the tapes I have used never really worked but this Alien tape got the job done. I highly recommend it.

I used the tape to hang up Halloween decorations and a push button light for my pantry. So far everything has held up. I have not tried rinsing and reusing so I cannot comment on that. Honestly, it may be difficult to clean and reuse because the tape is so sticky, which is a good thing.

I don’t know that I’d go as far as to say I’ll never need glue again though. Overall, it does seem to hold things in place and I found it to be easy to use. I think this would be great for someone who needs to hang or mount pictures, etc but isn’t good with or doesn’t own a drill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate drilling and putting holes in the wall and this has been a lifesaver. It’s super thick so you can get it in smaller strips if need be, and it’s unbelievably strong - we have hung shelves and pictures with this and they stay put.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape has a good firm lasting grip. I used this tape to secure and fasten power surge on the wall away from tje floor and it pretty secure and stable. I also use this tape to hang up small picture frames on my wall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape works well. It held great and what’s really nice is that you can reuse it. You just rinse it off, let it dry, then use it again. It works well when you’re hanging decorations or pictures but then decide to rearrange. Be careful if you use on dry painted surfaces. It very well may pull the paint off
