Excellent product that is well made and easy to assemble. Assembly took about 8 hrs with two people. Could use an additional drill bit because the one that was supplied broke. Also a few spare screws would have been nice because a couple of the longer screws stripped and we had to find some substitutes. Overall, a beautiful, well built product and would purchase it again.

Very pleased with this pergola. Exactly what I was looking for and looks great in my yard. The only thing i didn't like was the screw heads ( and there's like 400 of them) are Robertson, square, head screws. Make sure you have extra bits since it only comes with one. Me and 2 of my friends got it done in like 7 hours. You really need at least 3 people to assemble this.

I’ve been looking for a couple years for the perfect pergola. This pergola I found online on the sams website. It’s a weathered grey shade and looks like it was made for my area. I will be adding square flower pots for trailing annual vines. I love love it. We only had 1 split board for the bar. I called and the staff was friendly and my board will be shipped. My husband assembled the entire pergola by himself. When I came home from work I was surprised. He’s wonderful

This pergola was a great addition to our backyard. Was easy to put together, I was able to assemble this by myself using clamps as my second pair of hands. The sunshade is a nice bonus feature for the summer months and is removable. Recommend that you seal the wood prior to assembly with Thompson water seal, it is much easier to do before rather than after.

Just as advertised. The heat and extreme sun will be here soon and can't wait to be protected from it and yet, still enjoying the outdoors with our new Pergola!

Great addition for next to pool. Bar is nice. Ordered 4 stools. Soft wood so set screwguns to low and adjust up. Good directions and easy to follow. I was able to find a 48 ft light set that will surround the top.

You have to remember this a mass produce kit not everything is perfect but it was very acceptable. It looked very nice and was not that hard to put together but it will take you 2 / 3 days. Don't rush putting it together read the instruction first and lay out the parts. They are well marked but you should put parts altogether according to their numbers so you can find them as you need them. Put the unit together and then go back and make needed adjustments. The biggest complaint I had was the 4 inch screws were slightly bent and using a hex drive was stripping out the heads because of it. There are a lot of 4 inch screws and I should of just bought new ones. Instead I over drilled the holes half way which help the problem. On longer screws you need to pre-drill the holes they give you a 1/8 inch long bit to due that. I also recommend Irwin clamps, they push and pull as need and they are your second pair of hands.

This Pergola is beautiful. I expected 2 ft larger. They measured to the rooftop outer corners instead of inside. The actual dimentions are 10' x 8'. To me that's a big deal becuse there is no way your going to return this after you put it together and realize this. The instructions are clear and it's easy (but time consuming).

Very poor workmanship of the wood it self. Knot holes were the screw are to go. Some knot holes were out, we had to fill with wood putty. They did not get the pre- drilled holes in the right spot. A lot of bowing in the bar. You should take a closer look at your source from China, does not make Sam's Club look good.
