My Experience

Good clarity

I recently purchased the 85" Class QLED 4K Q60D, and I am absolutely blown away by the quality! The picture clarity is top-notch, with vibrant colors and deep blacks that make every scene pop. Best TV ever!

We absolutely love our new 70 inch Sony TV. The TV is very light and it is very thin and it has too strong legs to support the weight of the TV. The picture is crystal clear and very bright and you can see the screen from an angle without it being distorted. The smart TV is easy to operate and you do not need to have a fire stick in order to see different streaming platforms. I highly recommend the Samsung 70 inch TV to anyone that wants to purchase it.

Love the TV

The TV is Great. Couldn't ask for anything better. My one complaint is the remote controller. It's buttons are so small and do not extend above the controller very far. I work with my hands and have collased finger tips. I find it very difficult to not push 2 buttons at once.

Lots of head room !!!

I bought my 43" QLED 4K Q60Dfor my new apt I'm not teck savy but I had little problems getting my new TVintegrated with my phone and my lap top and am continuing to explore my new TV thanx Samsung my money was well spent and I have got much value with my purchase excuse me while I go and explore my new favorite place my new TV.

Choose your seat carefully.

We had a Samsung TV for 19 years. It was perfect, vibrant color, good audio. It finally became tired and went to sleep so naturally we bought a new Samsung. It's just okay. It's dependable but unless we sit directly in front of it, the color is faded. It looks like there's a layer of white smoke over it. Guests who watch from either side are disappointed. They don't make them like they used to.

New Samsung QLED 55" TV Review

Having been a die-hard Sony customer since the 90's, when they launched the Sony Betamax TV/Video recorder, This time. I decided to give a Samsung a try. I think the picture quality of the Samsung QLED is superior to that of a Sony when both formats were shownin High Definition. Of course, modern electronic technology is far superior than the days of my heavy Sony Bravia Trinitron set that took two strong people to move around. The new TVs are so thin. The sole reason I did not g0ive the Samsung a 5 Star rating is because of the moderately opoor audio quality. Even after I adjusted the audio settings to "Amplify", the audio tracks is inconsistent and raises and lowers volume. I find this troublesome because I watch telivision quite often. I believe th0is high/low fade issue does not apply to live broadcasts. Provide us consumers with a enhanced audio without purchasing a sound bar. Perhaps the manufacturer recognize this shortfall already. Fix that and you have a 5 Star product. Another area of concern for me is the remote control device. While the device is rechargeable by USB or Solar, the device is so small and thin for my big hands, Noteworthy is the free access to the Samsung Smart TV app made available with purchase. I made upgrade to a OLED format at some point..

Good TV but horrible remote

I like the TV but the TV is only as good as the remote control is. First, there is no controls on the TV itself so you can not control the TV volume, power and channel selection. Second the remote control that Samsung provides is horrible, you can't control the volume consistency, sometimes it works and sometimes it DON'T. When I unboxed the TV it took the remote five to six minutes to start to respond to the remote control then all of sudden it started working and it hasn't got any better so far.

insparks, I'm sorry to hear of the misunderstanding regarding the SolarCell Remote. Please know you can control the volume, change channels, and power your TV on/off with the included remote. * To power on/off: Press the red Power key in the upper left corner * To adjust volume: Below the Back button and above the Netflix hotkey, you'll see a thin rocker button with (+) on the top and (-) below; simply push up on this button to increase, and down to decrease volume. * To change channels: Below the Play/Pause button and above the Prime Video hotkey, you'll see a thin rocker button with (^) on the top and (v) below; simply push up on this button to go up one channel, and down to go to the next channel. If your remote is not working as expected, please try these steps which may help resolve this: 1. Press and hold Return and Microphone buttons (diagonally up and to the right of Return). This will reset the remote. 2. Stand within 1 foot of the TV and press and hold Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected If you’re still experiencing issues with the remote, please also try the following: - Unplug the TV for 30 seconds, and plug it back in. - Try moving closer to the TV and re-pairing. - Check to see if your remote is charged: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery - Check for available firmware updates on your TV: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. QLED 4K 55" Q60D

Bought this Samsung a couple months ago... totally love it - easy setup, all the features & apps you want. The solar remote is awesome... Only bad thing is when I set it down, have a bad habit of picking it up upside down, but that's on me... The picture, color, clarity is fantastic! Perfect size, too... Easy on the eyes...
