Been taking this multivitamin for a few days. Hopefully it will be all i need once i get used to them. It has all that my 50+ self needs. Immune health, hair, skin, nail, bone, teeth, heart, brain health and much more. The tablets are bit big but easy to swallow. And no bad taste or smell, thats a plus for me.

I decided to try Members Mark Multivitamin for women plus 50. It's supposed to help with estrogen levels. It's been around 2 weeks since I started. I have to say I do feel good and have more energy. They are easy to swallow. Price is great! I will keep taking them.

This women's 50+ vitamin is really packed with vitamins and minerals to make it complete! Love that it includes the full daily dose of vitamins A, C, D and E. Huge B12 benefit, but maybe missing the other B vitamins. Smell and taste are not bad, vitamin is fairly big to pack in all of the nutrients!

I used these for quite a while, they are a great value, but now that I have developed heart disease, I'll be using the Men's formula instead. The iron is a heart health risk for women no longer menstruating. It seems like it really should not be in any 50 multi, the risks outweigh the benefits for most seniors.

These vitamins need to have a coating on them. The ones I got from Walmart were purple and didn't taste nearly so awful. The vitamin itself is great except for the calcium could be much higher. Overall, I'll keep buying these, but wish so much that they tasted better.

I've been buying Sam's Club brand for my daily vitamins at Sam's for years, but these have changed, and NOT for the better! The SMELL and TASTE are AWFUL!! Remove the cap and you get a terrible smell. Take the pill and you'll get a terrible after taste! I've actually gagged on these more than once. Please, Sam's Club, go back to whatever you provided in the past. These are downright NASTY!!! I won't buy them again!!
