Great product, but the tablet is really too big to swallow whole. I cut them in half and still have difficulty swallowing them. I wish they were in soft gelcap form for us older customers.

I been taking these for over 3 years. Yes they are huge yet easy to swallow. Unlike other name brands these don't make me sick to my stomach. The benefits are great.

Adding boron to multivitamins is a problem for people who need to suppress estrogen - cancer patients. Very disappointed - the previous Adult multivitamins did not have this and are no longer available. Boron is also in the men's formula.
