Adding boron to multivitamins is a problem for people who need to suppress estrogen - cancer patients. Very disappointed - the previous Adult multivitamins did not have this and are no longer available. Boron is also in the men’s formula.

I bought these because they have twice the magnesium as One-A-Day Women's 50 , and I can see the difference that increase is making. However, the taste is HORRIBLE - it's like swallowing a dirt clod every morning. A simple coating would make these pills 1000% easier to swallow!
