These women’s multivitamins have an extra ingredient of cranberry that makes it easy to get both these normally large pills in one go. My urologist suggested that I take Cranberry supplements but having to take several of them a day was not pleasant. With these vitamins I can reduce my pill I take to just one a day. I have been taking them for almost 2 weeks and have not noticed the normal belching or bad taste that my old medication caused. I’m hopeful that they will met my required supplement usage. The pills are still rather large so there fore the 4 star rating.

I used these for quite a while, they are a great value, but now that I have developed heart disease, I'll be using the Men's formula instead. The iron is a heart health risk for women no longer menstruating. It seems like it really should not be in any 50 multi, the risks outweigh the benefits for most seniors.

Taste bad

I have been suffering with gastro intestional issues for weeks now. After process of elimination, I discovered the new formula was the cause. The previous formula caused me no issues.The product is excellent and a great value if your body can handle it. Just wanted to share my experience in case others are having issues.

This Multi Vitamin makes me feel so much better. I have more energy and Stamina during the day. The down size is.. it is a large pill to swallow. Even using a pill cutter.. which each vitimin has the cut slot in it.. it is still very hard to swallow.. it is also a very thick pill besides being long.. however definitely worth the effort.

The vitamins appear to be similar in size, shape, and ingredients to other mulivitamins for women over 50. I have only taken them for a week but so far, I don't feel they have changed my energy level. They do seem to have increased my appetite which is not something I'm interested in. Longer term use could change findings.

These vitamins need to have a coating on them. The ones I got from Walmart were purple and didn't taste nearly so awful. The vitamin itself is great except for the calcium could be much higher. Overall, I'll keep buying these, but wish so much that they tasted better.

What a great collection in a multivitamin. Extra vitamin 1, C, D, K and B complex. This will cut down on having to take additional vitamin D and B complex capsules. Also great that it includes cranberry powder and a little lutein (although probably not enough lutein to make a marked difference). It's great to be able to take fewer pills and get the same protection that I had tailored for myself.

I sent my daughter to sam's today and she talked me into getting this women's fifty plus multivitamin. My hair is getting a bit thin and I'm worried about bone health. My daughter described it to me over the phone and it sounded amazing. looking at the ingredients.Now I see that it contains gelatin. but it does not say what type of gelatin if it is from pigs, or bovine or other. i would love to have some clarity on this as we do not consume anything from pigs. i am not sure if i'm going to have to return this.

I have only been taking these for a short while but i seem to have more energy throughout the day.
