One pack swelled almost immediately but I didn't know until the return window because my kiddo didn't tell me since the second one worked so that one was used. Once I found out I got rid of both batteries. I don't need a chemical disaster in my kids room. I don't care enough to upload a photo but if Sams wants to see it, I'll bring it in for a refund, otherwise it's not worth the cost of my time to deal with it but three minutes to warn others makes sense. Caveat Emptor!

I bought these for my vacation. To ensure I had power on the go. I've had mine for less than a week. It's dead it won't charge past one blinking light. as soon as the battery depleted. I overnight charged it there's still only one light. I tried using three different Outlets and I tried it with and without the power plug just using USB still no charge.

I bought this item a couple of weeks ago and fully charged both of them. Have only used one of them so far. Used twice, charged twice - no issues. Used a third time BUT NOW, it will no longer charge (only one of the side lights is lit). Very disappointed with product.

I loved these at first used a few times but now one charger will not fully charge, now when I charge they get really hot almost like catching on fire where they plug in at. Very disappointed would not ever leave these unattended while charging, the one I might as well throw away after using a few times it no longer charges.

Bought 3 packages, so a total of 6 chargers in May of 2025. In July 2025, I noticed that one has the battery so bloated inside the case, the case is ready to break open, meaning it is defective. I contacted the company but have heard nothing back. So disappointed because I need all the chargers and returning to Sam's would mean I would have to return the bad one along with a good one since they come in packages of two. Sam's no longer carries this particular style, so I can't get it replaced. I just wished the customer service would actually answer my emails!

They work great, charge quickly and last a long time.
