This is a really beautiful platform bed. It is easy to put together. It took about 3 hours. I am a 50 y/o woman and I did it myself. It is pretty easy to follow the directions. I comes in a very very heavy box but once it’s out, it is easy to manage. It is very low to the ground. I think it’s a good value for the money. I ordered a mattress online and can’t wait to get it all together.

This bed was relatively easy to assemble and only took about an hour with two adults. Once assembled the bed is sturdy and the platform raises easily even with the mattress on it. On a side note, my favorite part of the packaging was they covered the styrofoam with plastic so it didn’t go everywhere!!

I love love love this bed! My daughter has a large collection of stuffed animal and she was running out of places to display them. I saw this bed and loved the idea that she can store them right under her bed! The easy lift feature and safety mechanism, leave me at ease. It allows her to rotate them around easily and safely. It’s a beautiful design and is sturdy. It is a heavy one it took two of us to get upstairs but only one to put it together. It took less than 45 minutes to put together!

This is top-notch for the price! It's the sturdiest bed we've ever owned and it's perfect for my teenage son who has gone through a few of them. It has a handle to make lifting easy and the mattress holds incredibly well when in the up position (there is a support bar for extra safety too but we didn't even need it). Underneath there is ample space with no obstacles so you tuck away tons of stuff with various shapes & lengths. The quality fabric is sewn well too. It wasn't brain damage to put it together, my teenage son and daughter helped me and we didn't even fight!

The Zinus storage bed frame is beautiful and functional. It is built extremely sturdily and all of the pieces conveniently fit into the headboard when not in use. I've never seen a storage bed utilizing hydrolics before and the hydrolic function on this bed is very well done and solid. I only have two small complaints and they are really quite small- the instructions are not the greatest but my husband was still able to put this together by himself within a couple of hours and the second small compaint is that I do wish the bed was a bit higher which would allow for more storage. I took the photos prior to putting the mattress on so you can see how well built the frame is made. There are more cross bars than you would actually need and they are very solid. This product is made very well. Do be cautious should you have this delivered as the box is extremely heavy.

Bed was very well packed for delivery. Upon opening we realized that all the pieces were actually tucked in a zipper pocket on the back side of the headboard piece. That made it convenient to take all the pieces to the room where it would be placed. Assembly itself was easy enough for 1 person to do themselves. However it did take nearly 2 hours to be completed. The bed overall is really nice. The underbed storage is also hidden in a sense that once the bed is made one would not know there is actually storage underneath. Would make it nice when having to hide gifts, treats, etc from others. I am so glad the headboard is made of soft material. This makes it nice when your sitting up in bed reading a book or watching tv. The fabric is not too rough but also not super soft or fuzzy. It is easy to lift the mattress to get to the underbed storage compartment. A box spring is not needed which keeps the bed level a nice height & easily accessible for children and or pets to get on and off. I like that the bed comes with a detachable support post to hold the bed up when exposing the storage compartment. This gives you extra reassurance that the mattress will not close unexpectedly. The bed overall is a great purchase for someone with a smaller room who needs extra storage.

This bed worked so well for my daughter. She needed a bigger bed as she is growing up so fast. The product is heavy. It took two people to lift it. We ended up taking it apart piece by piece and bringing it inside. Was much easier. The packaging was perfect. I was surprised by how nice the manufacturer boxed this up to avoid damage. Instructions were super easy. All pictures and diagrams. My dad helped me set this up. Took us about a hour from start to finish. The quality of the fabric is so comfy. It’s like a lush bath towel. My kid is obsessed. The best part is the ability to easily lift up the bed for the underneath storage. I would highly recommend the is frame.

Beautiful soft off white boucle fabric. Excellent instructions and uncomplicated two-person assembly that took about 35-40 minutes. All tools included. The special little ratchet the manufacturer includes makes tightening the bolts so much easier than the also included Allen wrench. Feels solid. Love the lifting storage under the bed. I highly recommend this bed.

Quick delivery and neatly packaged within the headboard. Was able to put everything together within 2.5 hours. Came with handy ratchet which I saw at the last moment, ugh. Would of been so much easier if I had used it lol

This bed is cute, but the hydraulic arms arrived in the open position and frozen. You can’t attach them to the bed or the bed remains in an up position. Customer service from the manufacturer is awful and since it was bought less than three months ago they want me to return it to Sam’s. This bed is already assembled! After a lot of persistence that I was not disassembling this bed and returning it to Sam’s, the person on the phone finally offered to send me a new bed and said I could remove the hydraulics from that bed and return it. What a pain.
