It took over a week to get and when it arrived we tested it out by putting it up and down once. The second time we opened it the string snapped and broke.

The quality of this umbrella is so good. I had it for several years and just recently a major wind storm blew it away and broke it. It’s no longer available so I bought another brand and the other brands quality is so poor compared to this one. I really hope it comes back in stock.

The umbrella fabric drastically faded after less than 7 months of use under the AZ sun. Terrible product.

These umbrellas are of good quality .. came with replacement rod which was nice.. but I did not read description (my fault) and assumed it came with umbrella cover. Living out in the California desert a cover is a must. using the old ones for now. Other than that i am happy with my purchase

No instructions for changing a broken rib. How do I get

Purchased this umbrella in October 2024 and by January the solid navy color had faded so badly. I wish I would have returned it. I could maybe understand it fading in the hot summer but it was Fall & Winter.

Bought the black and white striped umbrella two months ago. It is now "rust" and white. Never seen anything fade so fast. And -the flaps at the top don't flap up in the wind - not a true market umbrella. It has almost taken flight a few times.

Well made for the price. Purchases 2 for a pool party.
