I think this build was so cool because of all the hidden easter eggs. I would like a little bit more (like building the restroom that leads to the chamber of secrets or the deuling table). I think there was 1 mistake on there that I had to figure out myself. Overall very cool!

I'm a HP enthusiast and love all things HP especially Lego! When I saw this new set was coming out it was perfect. It's just the right size and the whole castle but at a lower price point. My 10 year old son is the builder in the family. This took him about 7 hours to complete the build. We live this Lego and it is now proudly on display in our living room. We really enjoyed all the facts that were included in the instruction book.

My husband and I adore Legos and we truly adore Harry Potter. We have all of the big Harry Potter Lego sets and we're so excited to add this to our collection. It is a fantastic set that I love and have proudly displayed, but I will say that this was the first time ever that we saw not just one, but several misprints in the book. It went from one step to another not showing a certain piece but somehow magically that piece was already placed on the next page. Luckily, we are very experienced builders and got it figured out. But we triple checked and this was not us being confused, several of our friends caught the misprints as well and I hope they don't discourage or challenge any new builders too much. But overall, I adore this set and can't wait to build more.

My family got this set from my older sister this past Christmas, and my siblings and I worked on it together! It was fun to build, and reignited my love for Lego! The set wasn't too difficult to build, but not so easy that it wasn't a challenge! And as a Harry Potter fan, seeing the castle come to life before my eyes made me feel like a little kid! I would highly recommend this set for anyone looking for an enjoyable, semi-complicated set! Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the completed set looked INCREDIBLE!

Loved the building experience. The guides were easy to follow with only 2 minor printing issues in regards to either a piece missing or extra in the step but easy enough to figure out. I did have 1 piece missing in the kit but Lego has a great customer service for missing parts replacement. The only thing I wish would be included would be an extra flat black border piece to replace where you don't put the architect. My OCD doesn't like the piece with the 2 notches not being used. Either it should be a flat piece or have something else on top.

This castle was one of my all time favorite builds I have ever done. The pieces were fun and the directions were fun. The outcome is amazing it's a big build that was worth every second and penny. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this build to any harry potter/lego fan. Thank you for this castle Lego!

A wonderful and magical build. What was so great about this build is the use of so many pieces in unique ways. Lots of hidden features. It was a good idea to build it in sections so it wasn't boring building the base first. It was an excellent price as well.

This beauty is truly a sight for the eyes! It certainly helps that the senior designer of this Set, Yi-Chien Cheng, worked as an architect before joining LEGO. I, once again, have to congratulate my foresight of not purchasing Set 71043 Hogwarts Castle, as this set is definitely the complete Hogwarts LEGO model experience for me. I can definitely see myself mentally tracing all the nooks and crannies of this model for hours 🤩! My other most beloved LEGO WW/HP set, 76391 Hogwarts Icons - Collectors' Edition, is placed besides this set in a photo. What an incredible pairing and instantly recognisable silhouette! Lastly, the Running Press Hogwarts Castle is contrasted with this model. Both are nearly identical [1] 👍. Footnote [1] And both lack the Clock Tower 😅. It's an omission that's not too important overall.

A design that is perfect for adults to truly enjoy! You actually BUILD it, not assemble with panels and walls. The detail is striking and will be a wonderful display piece. THANK YOU LEGO for making a set that AFOLs can spend the day in fun and fantasy. I know people will be upset that it is not playable for children, but there are lots of us adults who want to have magic fun also.
