First of all, this review is for the shipping and delivery on Sam's Club and FedEx's end- not the Nintendo gift card product itself. Placed an order for this on 7/24 because there was a flash sale going on and was given tracking through FedEx for a 7/29 delivery. When that date passed I reached out to customer service who said if I didn't receive the gift cards by Sunday 8/2 to reach back out. Reached back out after that day passed and they said there's apparently up to a TEN BUSINESS DAY delivery window for physical gift cards and I need to wait until 8/7 before reaching back out. That delivery window is insane. I ordered some others via the email delivery method and received those almost instantly, which was a much better experience. Please fix your process for physical gift card shipping, Sam's. This is extremely inconvenient, especially when these are commonly gifted products for birthdays/holidays/etc. Still not even sure if I'll ever receive them.

Low online rating occurs when these go on sale. Most regular members get their orders cancelled because online supply is probably depleted. Plus members get early access. Sam's is very slow to update the web/app to indicate when regular members can buy. I waited 8 hours before the app showed available for a regular member. My order was cancelled 24 hours later, no explanation. Even though the ad indicates "online only", I checked the local store and the same sales price was available, so I finally got mine. It's sketchy advertising; it's supposed to be "online only", even though it's both online and in-store. Sam's doesn't indicate when the online supply runs out, probably because they have in-store supply available, even though in-store availability is not advertised. This is fixable, but what is the excuse and why do it this way?

I don't understand the point of promoting this Gift Card when every order gets canceled, whether I choose physical delivery or email delivery. If customers are unable to purchase it, please stop listing and advertising this product.

Order keeps getting cancelled without any explanation. No information on website or in the cancellation email. Tried ordering twice during the weekend. Both times cancelled without any explanation out any explanation
