This is probably the best playset for the money for a middle of the road playset. It's really tall so make sure you have the height clearance. I did this set myself in about 3.5 days, easily took around 24ish hours. Was worried I would need a ladder to install the roof but thankfully you can install most of it from the 2nd floor once you put the floor in. I am 300 lbs and it held my weight on the 2nd and 3rd floor just had to move slowly. They send a lot of spare nuts and bolts and most the wood came in good condition, maybe had 3-4 planks that had some splitting. Instructions were pretty straightforward, when I was confused I just used the Bilt app to help out. Just beware the wood is a very soft wood and its kind of flimsy and bent sometimes. It's a stunning set, only getting 4 stars because of the quality of the wood.

I bought this for Christmas for my 2 year old great-granddaughter and she loves it. She is a little short but can still climb all the features on this set with the exception of the rope ladder, but as adventurous as she is I know she will figure that one out before too long. She loves the slide and the tower. Her favorite is the web swing. I am so happy with this purchase and look forward to many years of enjoyment and enrichment for her.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 2 daughters (7&4). My husband assembled it in roughly 24 hours. The instructions were clear and if you are a DIYer you should have no issues assembling. The only reason I didn't rate as 5 stars, is some of the lumber came with cracks and splinter. Nothing that will prevent using, but with the cost of the product, I would expect better quality.

I would highly recommend having this professionally assembled. It was not an easy task. Took 4 adults 2 full days to get it put together. It was very frustrating with a LOT of screws and bolts & hard to find them and sort them. Also, a lot of the wood has split to include the main beam on the swing side.

As a parent of three active kids, I couldn’t be happier with the Mystic Tower Swing Set! Assembly took me about 20 hours working solo, but the clear instructions and well-organized parts made the process manageable. The finished product is sturdy, well-designed, and full of exciting features that keep my children entertained for hours every day. Seeing their smiles and hearing their laughter has made every minute of assembly time worth it. This swing set is truly built to create lasting memories and endless fun for the whole family. Highly recommend!

We bought this set this summer for our children. We have had it for a few months now and we absolutely love it! It is so sturdy, has an incredible amount of features, and is something I know our kids will use for years to come. I love how stylish it looks in our yeard and there are plenty of safety features. We put this up ourselves in just one weekend and things were labeled very clearly. It has stood up to quite a bit of our windy stormy weather quite well! I would highly recommend. We did add extra anchors to this set since it is quite tall.

We absolutely love our new playset! It’s packed with fun features that both my son and daughter enjoy. It’s great for kids of all ages. I love the wood and black details which makes it aesthetically pleasing. Assembly took about a day and a half with two people.

After looking for two years, we finally made a decision and bout the Mystic Tower Swing Set. We payed extra to have it put together, and that was the best decision we could have made. Our son loves his swing set. It's sturdy, well made, and it's not an eye sore in our yard- in fact I think it's beautiful!

It took us 4 days to built and the 1st 3 days we spet 6hrs each day. We had a team of us getting each step together and our friends assembled it. The last day was the smaller stuff which took about 2hrs or so. We followed the Bilt ap and book instructions. This is our first time and very time, but we got it done.

We bought this set four months ago. My husband has extensive building/carpentry experience, so he wanted to assemble it himself. It's been a terrific set for our girls but there was a very close near-accident when one of the bolts from the swing fell out of the support beam. The problem is the set uses T-nuts, specifically for the swing hinges, which when the swing is used, it causes the bolt to loosen little by little until it comes out. Our one year old almost took the hinge to the head when it fell from above her. My husband ended up using metal lock nuts with extra strength lock-tite and a 2 inch washer to replace the hinge hardware. There are no concerns with the swing hardware anymore.
