We’ve had this set for 3 months now. We shopped around for weeks and landed on this swingset. We are more than pleased with our decision as it’s been so much fun for the entire family. The set took about 18 hours to assemble across two people (so ~36 hours total). The instruction book and the app were very clear, and while there were a few discrepancies between the two, it was easy enough to sort out. Parts were well labeled and the quality seems great so far. Looking forward to many years of play.

We absolutely love our new playset! It’s packed with fun features that both my son and daughter enjoy. It’s great for kids of all ages. I love the wood and black details which makes it aesthetically pleasing. Assembly took about a day and a half with two people.

We couldn’t be happier with our Mystic Tower Swing Set! The quality of the materials is truly outstanding, every piece feels heavy-duty, well-finished, and made to last for years of active play. The wood is thick, smooth, and perfectly cut, with strong, durable hardware that makes us feel completely at ease with its stability and safety. The brackets, screws, and swings are all heavy grade, designed to hold up under heavy use and whatever the kids can dish out. We didn’t find a single piece missing, which made the process much less stressful and kept everything on track. Before we started assembling, I laid everything out in order, which really helped us stay organized and made following the instructions a breeze. The instructions themselves are exceptionally clear and easy to follow. We knew exactly what we were supposed to do at every step. It did take us a total of 3 days with 3 people to put it together, but we chose to take breaks during the hottest hours, which made the process much more comfortable. All in all, it was well worth the time and effort. The finished set is not just a beautiful addition to our yard — it’s a strong, well-engineered playground where our kids can make memories for years to come!

With a wide range of kids ages, we picked the Mystic Tower to give us the most types of play and the ability for the younger kids to keep playing as they get older. With the older kids, they were actually able to help us build it and learn how to use tools. The directions are very straightforward and when we ran into issues, it was because we didn't read everything correctly. We used both the BILT app and the paper directions. The first day, we organized all the parts by letter and then number in the open boxes and I used a sharpie to label which number each group was. The boxes come with little cardboard corners, so I also used those to label piles of wood. The second day we laid out all of the hardware on a table and got to work. It took us 3 days to complete. We learned a system with plastic cups where we would gather the hardware for each step in separate cups and then walk over to the work area to follow the steps. Ultimately, it was a big job, but it wasn't hard. We are not very handy and we completed it all, no problem. The kids love it and we have all the neighbor kids coming over to play all the time. They use the grill to play restaurant and they show everyone the secret door. The bigger kids love to lay on the web swing. It's a great swingset for the kids to have fun, and then it also looks really nice in our backyard.

This swing set is amazing! There are so many ways to play, and so much room for imagination. My kids are 3 and 5 and have been absolutely loving it. We've had neighbors and cousins up to 12 years old having fun on it too so it's a great investment since it will be entertaining our kids for years. Great quality. Does take a lot of effort to build.

What a great playground ! The grandkids love it. From 1yr to 9yrs they all have something to play on. Assembly was pretty simple if you follow the manual and sort your pieces by number listed on each part. Great quality ! I recommend this for any parent or grandparent looking for something fun and enjoyable for the kids

Love this play set for our 4 year old daughter. She’ll definitely be able to use this for many years. Setup was time consuming, but organizing all the boards and hardwear is a must. We sealed all the boards with Penofin brand clear sealer after setup. Wish I would have done it prior to setup. Anyways, it looks so good! We are very happy with it.

Great playset for my grandkids. Once we separated all the pieces out, my son-In-law and I put it together in 2 or 3 days. When finished we added plastic mulch from Sam’s Club all around. Also we added a table and bench in the space behind the slide. Seemed like wasted space.

The product is good. The problem we are having is the company that Sam’s Club sent out to our home to put this product together. It’s been a month and a half it took them five times to come out and fix it. And it still is not proper. My advice to anyone is do not let Sam’s Club send anyone that they hire to come out and put it together it is a rip off!!!!

We purchased this for our 3 and 7 year old kids and they love it! We assembled it ourselves, and while the process was time-consuming the pieces were well made and labeled to make the build as simple as possible. All of the holes lined up with no issues. The diagrams and instructions were easy to follow. It feels solid and we have no concerns about the longevity or safety of the equipment.
