I purchased this unit to clean my driveway and sidewalks as they had more than 20 years of built up dirt and looked terrible. I was excited to begin the clean-up process and got right to work as soon as it arrived. It was packaged nicely and the instructions were easily understood. I was IMMEDIATELY OVERJOYED as I began spraying the driveway starting at the garage door and working my way 'downhill'. I could not be more pleased with the results regarding performance and ease of use... I also purchased a 12" Surface Cleaner which I eventually switched over to after testing the other nozzles. I was more than satisfied with the effectiveness of the surface cleaner as well... All-in-all I would definitely recommend this unit. It is small, light weight and powerful. - A good value for the price. I give it 5 STARS!

This Westinghouse pressure washer is a great value for the price. It is just as powerful as my old gas-powered unit, but is so much lighter and more manueverable. The only limitation is the length of the power cord, but it's sufficient for my needs.

My 20 year old power washer from another company died and I came across the ePX3100v. I used it yesterday to clean my deck and it hits all the key boxes. It's lighter, quieter and more powerful than my previous model. It's a light to medium duty power washer but that's all I need especially when working on stained wood which can be damaged by more powerful sprayers. One final observation - the turbo nozzle worked better than my previous model as it covers a few inches at a time while still retaining enough power and fast enough rotation to not miss spots.

Purchased for cleaning flagstone patio deck. It is much smaller and lighter than the 25 year old gas engine version it is replacing. Very portable and easy to store. It adequately cleans surface blemishes and stains from the deck. It will not remove deep seated grime though. All in all, good value for the money.

Received this pressure washer as a Mother’s Day gift from my son. We followed the instructions for the brief assembly and connection to water and power. Unfortunately after only 15-20 minutes of use it shut off. We disassembled it and returned to box. Later I hadn’t given up on it and started all over. This time I was able to wash 3/4 of my 13x13 deck before dark without issue. The next morning I completed the deck top and started the stairs when again it turned off. Due to work schedule I have been unable to attempt to use again. I have no complaints on how well it cleaned but rather only it doesn’t seem very dependable. Have not decided if it will be returned.

My previous wheeled electric pressure washer gave up. It was not easy to get it home for winters due mostly for it's size, not for weight, even when partially disassembled. This Westinghouse - ePX3100v pressure washer has same GPM rating and slightly better PSI, and it is portable! My only wish that it would have detachable power cord... I love this small, light electric power washer! I've used a gas powered one for years and this is a godsend because it can easily be moved to any location and is so easy to use! I would have given this 5+ stars, but the soap dispenser won't work on my new machine! I'm working with the company on a fix and will update my review once this is remedied!!
