Hello, thank you for your initial review! We ask our customers to leave an early review so we can understand the entire experience starting from initial purchase, to how the shipping is, and then to actual use. While this might seem redundant, we do this to ensure that both our retail and shipping partners give the best experience possible. We look forward to hearing how your experience is once you have had some time to fully utilize the ePX3100v. If there is anything we can do to help, please let us know at 1-855-944-3571 or support@wpowereq.com. Thank you, Cam - Westinghouse
