[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I have to say that the razor reminds me of lady parts, lol. For real though, I did find the razor comfortable to use. The first use, I used shaving cream and the razor head got goopy. The second time, I did not use anything and it worked great. I have used it a few times now without cream and I have not had any issues. I also read a few reviews before I posted mine because I wasn't sure if I was supposed to use the razor without cream. Seems like there are a few reviews that claim the razor has cut them badly. I have not had this issue at all and if my second blade cuts me, I will revise my review. However, at this point I have not had any issues.

On both sides of the blades are gel soap pods that get soapy and slimy to ease the hair foe a smoother close shave on your skin. It doesn’t leave razor burn or bumps or scratches. The skin gets the moisturizing gel as it cuts the hair. The only downside is it runs out quickly and then doesn’t glide as smoothly. I prob need 2 to complete the job nic free. The convenience of not needing shaving cream is awesome. I also have thick, coarse hair, so if you don’t, these may work even better for you. I used it and liked it. It did leave everything smoother because of the gel bar. So I did like that. I did notice I was bleeding here and there, where I had shaved at, a little more than usual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor has sharp edges so you do have to be careful but it gets a very close shave. I like that it has gel bars because they are moisturizing. It is very comfortable to hold and allows me to have a good grip.

Its better than the intuition razor with the large amount of product built around the razor. I think the only thing that could make this razor better is to add an extra layer or blades for an even closer, smoother shave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been Venus razors, disposable regular, for at least 20 years. The blades last longer than most of their competitors and the mosityre strips are amazing. This one left my skin silky soft to the touch and no dry skin.

It is especially perfect for taking on vacation because it allows you to shave quickly and you don’t need shaving gel. I think it’s a genius idea and I like the fact that the shaver part itself is disposable and you could just buy a new one.
