For those who need to shave their legs regularly I can see the benefit of the product around the blade but for those with limited or little hair ... It is a lot! Very thick and slippery. The scent was great. I just don't have a need for this with my limited body hair. Enjoy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a hard time actually achieving smooth skin when I shave. It is either my skin just being dry or the razors I use not working well. This one has done great for me though. I think between the actual razor blades and the moisturizing bar attached it is the perfect combo. Plus using this you do not need shaving cream. Just wet the razor and start shaving. Afterwards my skin is left so soft and smooth. Definitely gets a very close shave.

I also love the gel pads that lubricate the area being shaved without need for shaving cream or shower gel. Takes less time and costs less overall. They also have a faint pleasant smell and leave my skin super soft and hydrated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great razor. Similar to “billie” razors but I am guessing much more affordable. Like the gel aspect of the razor, I still use shaving cream/lotion but this gives me that added layer of protection from irritating my skin or razor burn.

The handle of the razor is very easy to hold onto and I don’t have to worry about it slipping. I like how easy the Venus razor glides and how I don’t have to go over a spot more than 1 time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I should start by saying I am not usually a Venus razor fan. I have always felt that the larger area around the blades and main razor head are too large and in the way. With this being said, I wanted to try this out, give them another try to see what the hype was about, and why they are so popular. I also didn’t realize this was one that could work without needing shaving gel/cream. So that was a nice surprise. I will also say that after using this for a week, I still feel loyal to my more basic razor head style, the Simply3 or Joy style razors BUT (but!!) I may have been persuaded. Here’s why. I didn’t realize this was one that might not need shaving gel. That’s a HUGE cool factor. It caught me by surprise how upon first (and even subsequent) uses it was quite gooey while using. I could see the strings of slick, we’ll call it “goo”, stringing as I lifted the razor up. And boy is it slick! It’s almost slick slimey. A little much actually, for me. It definitely leaves you feeling smooth and sleek, and I’m not entirely sure it’s not because of the provided cushion of comfort (what is that stuff?) that it lays down as you swipe with the razor. However, it was intensified by using shaving gel in addition to. Now, without using a shaving gel, it still did this gooey stuff, but after a few uses that calmed down and seemed quite nice! So, as the “comfort glide” wears down it is a really nice, slick, shave. I was happy to find that after shower, it was indeed a close, smooth shave. The only negative thing I found with this razor is the bigger “head” on the razor is one I think works great for legs. It is not my top pick for bikini area. Though, I will say, I while trying out this razor, I did not get any nicks or cuts. I think the cushioned flaps on the head help protect from those, as well as the [extra] lubrication from the cushioned gel things. Overall, I’d recommend this razor, and I’ve already hunted down refills for this one to continue to use, interchangeably with my other razor. The lack of needing shaving gel is a huge win, especially for a time crunched mom of 3.
