I was excited to try the Spa Breeze razors. I like the idea of the shave gel strips. When I opened the package I was pleasantly surprised by how good the gel smelled. I wish the razor worked as well as it smelled. I could barely tell that I shaved, my legs did not feel smooth at all. I also feel like the cartridges are harder to change than other Venus razors.

Hi! I'm 13 years old and recently started shaving...i got a razor from another brand and hated it and got the Breeze today! I used it tonight for the first time. I have to say that this razor is EXCELLENT and i love how i dont need shave gel all i do is (i do this although you dont NEED to with this razor) is lather up some soap on my legs, wet the razor, and let the razor work! its awesome i love the gel bars it leaves it smooth and soft and it was a close shave and i got NO nicks or cuts even around the hard to shave areas like the knee and ankle area. the only thing i dont like about it is that it gets gooey and sticky, and it seems that even after the one use, the gel bars started to deteriorate quickly. I'm buying the shower thingie and refill cartridges tomorrow. if anyone has any handle/head combos that work well for them let me know! i'm still experimenting and trying to find the razor i truly LOVE and i really like the breeze and hopefully it works well with more uses and does not disappoint (:

I love the way the razor has the gel like pads in front and behind the blades which I think adds to leaving my skin smooth and feeling moisturized. It smells good too. Nice thing is I found there's no need for shaving cream. One less thing to worry about or buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this razor a couple of times now. The first time I used a shave gel in the bathtub and the next time was in the shower with soap. The shave gel seemed to mix together with the razor and make kind of a slime consistency that I felt like I had to rinse off quite often. But it actually didn't impede anything other than wanting to rinse it more. And it was actually kind of like having just more of the shave gel. Using just soap was also equally as effective it didn't get much razor burn in any of the areas I used to razor on either time.
