Have cooked in them a handful of times now and I'm loving it! They take a bit longer to heat up but it does a very nice job of cooking so evenly. Clean up is also quite easy. Got to learn how to season a cast iron (the flat pan) which is always helpful to do. I only use wooden or silicone on them and hand wash and dry to put away. So far everything looks good!

Very pleased with the set thus far. It's been a few weeks, and everything has been used as least once. We're avid home cooks and hardly ever eat out. Not the kind of cookware for frying an egg, but for anything you start on the stove and finish in the oven, I couldn't be happier. After it has cooled off, I place it in the sink and fill it with hot soapy water. After about an hour, I swish it out with a "Dobie" pad and it's as clean as when it arrived. Way less expensive alternative to the pricey french ones.

I decided to get this set since it has a brasier and a smaller cast iron than one I already have. I use the 5 qt Dutch sold separately quite a lot. One set I purchased previously from Sam's had plastic guards to store lid on top for separation; probably from packing, but I kept them for storing, wish this set had them too.

I use the 4 quart dutch oven all the time. It's my new favorite dish for cooking stews and soups. Just the right size, easy to clean, not too heavy and it's pretty. What more can you want?

These cast iron pots & pans are heavy duty. The dark blue enamel are beautiful and are easy to clean. Season the frying pans well and they will last for years to come.

Retains heat for a good while after removing from the heat source — so no worries about your meal quickly going cold after you turn off the stove. Easy to clean, and quite beautiful. No regrets with this purchase.

Heavy duty, good quality and the color is amazing. Very bright and cheery. I've literally thrown away all of my other pots and pans because these give such a great even cook.

This is according to my wife for whom I bought this set great cook ware esp the lg braiser it even reduced the time needed to cook our Thanksgiving ham they also clean up easily with the enameled Surface

This is a good set! I love cooking with it. The blue is just beautiful. The heat is very even in them. My favorite is the braiser. I love being able to go from stovetop directly to the oven. I will never go back to nonstick again. I use this set to do everything. The lids fit tightly. No rattling. I love the even way it browns meats. It holds heat very effectively so I have lowered the temperatures used to cook. I began using the braiser as a casserole dish, skillet, etc. I swear everything I cook is just better. It simply elevated my game. I really underestimated how much of a difference the tools make. The one thing is you have to be very careful moving them as the enamel will chip. I bumped the edge of one pot with another pot and a very small piece of blue enamel chipped. Its hardly noticeable. I am very careful with them now as I love them and want them to last.

Worst pans i plan to return, from the only dish i cooked( potatoes, unions, peppers, sausage), everything stuck and burned, medium heat. I would suggest anything else, but this set.
