[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately for me, this mouthwash is too strong to use as directed (undiluted and twice a day, swishing for 2 minutes). It literally feels like my mouth is on fire. So i've been diluting it to where I can stand it, and it still feels very strong and effective. Like an astringent effect for your gums, everything feels tighter and cleaner. I don't have a ton of gingivitis so I can't really tell any results but I do like how clean my mouth feels afterwards.

I keep it around the office and can quickly use to get my gums and mouth clean. Has the slight sting of the Listerine you normally use and has a good taste. My gums felt a little irritated at first but after couple minutes they felt like a tingling sensation. My mouth was refreshing.

If you like the lingering taste of pepper irritating your mouth, go ahead and rinse with this mouthwash. Not even a hint of "Glacial Mint", peppery from the get-go. No noticeable gum effects for me, but maybe for some the lingering pepper burn will be worth it.

Listerine Gum Therspy has 21% alcohol and yet alcohol in mouth wash has been shown to dry out the mouth and reduce one’s natural saliva and its ability to maintain a healthy environment for good bacteria. I bought this product hoping it might help with receding gums but after reading the ingredient closely I won’t risk using it.
