I feel like this item is working well. It has a strong burn when swishing but my mouth and gums seem to feel clean afterward. My next periodontics appointment will verify that for sure.

Hope this will improve my gum health, but only time will tell as I see the Dentist for future checkups. From the Listerine Label and the description of what it treats, I spent more to get this product, which is okay, if it true and works. However, I give a score of 4 Stars, since the Listerine solution is very strong and stings my tongue while rinsing and swishing.

Alcohol burn is not as bad as most of the other Listerines, and it seems to fight the bacteria in my mouth. Doesn't eliminate my dental problems, but it does seem to help.
