Really enjoying the bed frame. It was hard so far to be comfortable sleeping in a non flat position but I am sure over time it will become easier. THE SHIPPING FROM FEDEX WAS A NIGHTMARE. They delyed it 3 times before it finally arrived on time. Not Sam's fault but it is worth noting that they did a poor job of getting it here on time and we wasted 2 days waiting on the item when they said it was "out for delivery" but didn't arrive twice.

I am really enjoying this bed. I feel it meets my needs. I already had an appropriate mattress. However, my main complaint is the emergency battery backup. Basically, the only use for this is if you are needing to flatten if you are moving the bed since you have to unplug the bed, install the battery and then can move the bed. If during an emergency the bed can’t be moved, an issue can’t be addressed very easily.

Wow, amazing bed frame. However, we are both side sleepers so this doesn't work well for side sleepers, but for reading, watching tv etc., its simply wonderful. Best part is the Zero Gravity, its simply wonderful.

Bought this to try and get some relief for my back. I sleep with my legs up and it usually helps. But this frame doesn’t go high enough on the leg end to do any good.

When I ordered this bed frame, I expected it to come with the headboard and side panels displayed in half of the listing photos. I was disappointed to find out this was not the case. While the frame still works as expected, I would suggest the listing be changed in the future.

Just set up my frame very easy to set up and use, was able to use frame with my new Puffy mattress

Would highly recommend. Does Sam's sell the frames seen in the pictures advertising the adjustable base?
