We take pride in our products. During transportation or storage, it is possible the product is not in correct storage environment. Any type of moisture, even one drop of water, may cause the pacs to stick together or dissolve the film on the pac. It is not expected to occur and we hate to hear that it happened to you. EXCELLENT LAUNDRY DETERGENT

What has happened to these laundry pods? Why can't I find them anywhere? Why is it every time I find something I like its discontinued or out of stock for months --- will these ever be available again? These were very good, my family & college kid prefer these over Tide pods. Please bring them back ASAP!
