Excellent spice for burgers and steaks on the grill. I also got the Yellowstone ones! Worth the price, it's a very nice blend!

So good! It has just a hint of spice at the end but great flavor overall. We don’t like too much spice so it was a perfect balance of salty and spicy. We tried it on steak and homemade hamburgers. No other seasoning needed. We used a healthy amount, probably 1/6-1/5 of the jar on the steak and burgers in 2 meals to feed my family of 5. My parents loved it too and plan to get some ASAP! Easy to use if you’re an average cook! Just sprinkle on and start cooking!

I'm always looking for ways to simplify cooking without minimizing taste or quality. I came upon Taylor Sheridan's Original Cowboy Four Sixes, it contained most of the spices I use when cooking beef, chicken and pork. So far I've only tried it on beef and it did not disappoint, giving the flavor I look for from one container and not having to mix and blend all assorted flavors. Plus in my judgment it's relatively low in sodium. We had friends visiting from the Southwest and they said it tasted just like their regional home cooking!

This seasoning blend is a great purchase! We just kept going back to it for everything we were cooking. The Taylor Sheridan's Original Cowboy Seasoning is our spin on the essential combination of salt, dried garlic, dried onion, dried chili pepper, spices, chipotle chili pepper and rice hulls. We challenge you to find something this doesn't work on! We tried it on Chicken, pork, fish, steak, potatoes, veggies... trust us, we have put it on almost everything! The chili spice is more than I was anticipating, but we are not complaining, we absolutely loved it!

Phenomenal seasoning for our steaks. The description says, “Seasonal blend and rub with a hint of chili pepper”, but don’t let the chili pepper scare you off. I like flavorful food, but not spicy and this mixture is perfect. There is a slight kick, but it takes the flavor up a notch. It is different than most meat seasonings I have tried. I can’t wait to try it on hamburgers. There is not any artificial ingredients or added sugar in the mix which is a bonus.

I really enjoyed this seasoning. I decided to use it on chicken wings I purchased from Sam’s. I rubbed the chicken with Olive Oil prior to adding the seasoning and let it marinate for about an hour. I cooked the wings on a charcoal grill and it was a hit with everyone. The seasoning is a perfect blend. I was a little concerned with the chili flakes but it wasn’t overpowering. I tasted a little sweetness with a little kick.

What can I say about this cowboy spice? A lot! I tried it on some boneless skinless chicken breast. I loved the flavor! My son is not too fond of chicken and with this seasoning he is a new convert! It had just the perfect amount of flavor and wasn’t too spicy. I will be trying this on my ribs that I intend to smoke over the weekend. Great flavor profile!

This rub was better than I was expecting it to be. It does have more spice that I thought that it would. The paprika was more overwhelming than I liked but it was not bad. We still needed to add salt to our steaks though. On our second try we added a little brown sugar to the rub with our pork chops and they turned out great. A little rub goes a long way in.

This product had a great flavor that did not cook off and made for a nice grilling experience without the burnt seasoning. Taste that you get from a lot of steak seasonings. I have never been a person that enjoys excessive seasoning on steak however, this one was OK.
