Great dip or topping for breads or pizzas. Great to use to make dishes and meals in place of tomato sauce and has a delicous sweet tangy garlicy taste that lasts.

Other sauces mess with my acid reflux so much that I stopped buying them until I tried this. The is acid reflux and heartburn friendly. It has a authentic Italian taste, I do add about 2 tablespoons of sugar to cut down the acid but I really don't have to.

Very good marinara sauce, although I wish Sam's sold RAO'S imported from Italy product. This label states "Italian tomatoes", but not whether they were grown in Italy or grown in USA. Research reveals that products grown in Italy are exposed to fewer pesticides. I just purchased a case of this from Sam's, having used it for years, but I will look for RAO'S imported sauce in the future. FIVE stars if it were imported from Italy.

When I've made spaghetti, I've bought a lot of different brands of sauce. Over the years, some have become my favorites, but when I saw Rao's at Sams on sale for a really good price, I thought I'd try it. My daughter had just mentioned to me the day before about how it was one of the only brands that were made in small batches like homemade. I didn't have a lot of expectations, I figured it would be about the same as all the rest. I didn't razz it up at all, just used it straight out of the jar heated with some browned lean ground beef over spaghetti pasta with some parmesan cheese. After the first bite, I knew this sauce was different. It has a tangy tomato taste that is absent from every other jar of marinara I've ever tried. It also has a depth of flavor that is hard to describe - very comforting and incredibly delicious. I'm going to be honest with you, I didn't need the pasta at all - I would have eaten a bowl of this sauce like soup, it's that good. It is very smooth, no large chunks. The next day I went back to my club and bought as many as Sams would allow at the sale price.

I love Rao's but it is much pricier than most other brands. Sam's Club sells it at a more affordable price for the 2-pack than any other retail store that I've found. I purchase it nearly every trip so that I always have it on hand. Once you've tried it you just can't go back to the other brands of sauces. You can tell the difference in quality!

We were shopping at Sam’s and saw this sauce. We remembered the reviews and decided to give it a shot! Made Lasagna with it!! OMG! Combined with Rana’s Lasagna pasta and Fresh Mozzarella it was the best we’ve had including at restaurants!! Get it! Doesn’t disappoint!!!!
