I ordered 2 shoe tiers. I was missing the leveling feet in one of the boxes and called Customer Service. A month later, and I still have not received the part. I tried calling again today to check the 'order status' and was immediately disconnected. Hopefully, they respond asap to my email. These are 'silver' shoe tiers. From the Sam's Club photo, they looked white so I had expected them to be a different color. The quality is okay. They are not as sturdy as other metal shoe tiers that I purchased at BJs Wholesale a couple years ago.

These are very well made, affordable, and sturdy. I bought them for stacking shoes and things in the bottom of my closet.

Once you get it together it's sturdy and stable. But y ou need a sledge hammer (not really) to get everything to lock in.

Excellent shoe organizer! Just as advertised and better quality than I expected! Fits perfectly in our mudroom closet! :)

These are very nice I bought 3 stacked two would buy again Very easy to assemble no tools necessary

Works great, we put it in our garage next to the back door so we can leave shoes there before we go in.

really good quality....Two adult family members each noticed it at the door and asked where I bought it....said they wanted one.

It does its job but its a little wobbly. I wouldnt use them for heavy items or stack the shelves. Im using it for my husbands work boots.

Would be really handy if it could be assembled. Welding completely off on fittings, making assembly impossible. Don't bother!

Great product but I had a heck of a time getting one of the shelves to fit as the bracket would not spaced correctly.
