Not only can it be used for shoes but I use my shelves for storage of clothes. Perfect for such. Excellent product!!

I ordered 2 shoe tiers. I was missing the leveling feet in one of the boxes and called Customer Service. A month later, and I still have not received the part. I tried calling again today to check the 'order status' and was immediately disconnected. Hopefully, they respond asap to my email. These are 'silver' shoe tiers. From the Sam's Club photo, they looked white so I had expected them to be a different color. The quality is okay. They are not as sturdy as other metal shoe tiers that I purchased at BJs Wholesale a couple years ago.

I got the first pack and had scratches all over so I reached out and was sent replacements. The replacements were ALSO damaged. Poor quality control. Very frustrating.
