I had been looking at this set for a really long time. I'm new to Lego and had never actually put a set together. So why not start with one that has over 3,000 pieces? After a few minutes of trying to figure out what i was looking at, I got to work! It took me about 10 hours total spaced over 2.5 days. It looks so stunning! I cannot wait to hang it up! I think I've just unlocked a new (and expensive) hobby!

I would never have bought this set for me, but my wife wanted it so I bought it as a gift for her. I didn't participate in building it at all and didn't think very highly of the set once it was build. After a few weeks I was tasked with displaying it on the wall. I was impressed by how easy it was to hang and how secure it is. Every time I turn the hallway corner and see the set I'm amazed at how good it looks. The colors are incredible and it makes me want to learn more about space. I think it looks better the farther away from it you are. I like my legos to pop (like Groban and his ladies) and this set really pops. It is a fantastic piece of display art.

As I am new to purchasing Legos for myself, I was hesitant to buy an art build. I am so glad I took the chance and got the Milky Way Galaxy. It was fun to build each panel and then to see how well the colors and the picture develop as the panels are added together. It is so creative and I felt like an artist when it was complete. The larger builds do cost more but it was worth the splurge. I selected 3 bricks for Value but system keeps changing it to 5 bricks.

Lovely set took about 3 days (each day included a couple of hour sessions) to complete. The plates were easy to follow despite the chaotic nature of the set. There were only 2 that confused me because of all the flat, clear pieces. Each plate was fun and colorful except for 1, but that was necessary for the center. Overall, I recommend this set to anyone who likes random, fun pieces, repetition with variety, and finds beauty in a chaotic looking piece. The hidden detail made me smile!

I bought this for myself as an early birthday present, when Lego had their insiders pricing. I'd had my eye on it for a while, and couldn't pass up 20% off. But even at the regular price this piece is worth it's value. This was just plain fun to put together. All of the different colors and pcs that were used. It was interesting to see it all come together. I just need to figure out the best way to hang it in my living room. :)

This set was purchased for my daughter and it’s beautifully done. She was loving finding the little pieces like hairbrushes and whisks.

Very please. Was a reasonably challenging build but turned out great. Looks awesome under various led colors and highlights!

First lego set I purchased for my husband. In the beginning he said it was a nightmare. Not what you want to hear about an expensive gift. The pieces were not in the correct bags which meant skipping over and going back and waiting to see if he could complete it. Good news all the pieces were there! I think if it were me I would have given up. I find it hard to look at seeing many pieces I am used to seeing. Flowers cups hairbrush helmet. But he is happy with the end result

They sent me a counterfeit item, not real Lego even if the page description, title and pictures mention that the brand name is Lego. It was clever, the box is ALMOST the same at the one on the picture but there no Lego name on it, neither on the pieces. Also the package was in a sorry state, the box almost destroyed so i'll add very "bad shipper" to "scammer" to their list of descriptives :) I would avoid at all cost

The online picture has a lego symbol and states the brand is lego. It is not LEGO brand. It is fake.
