Minecraft cake looked exactly as described and tasted amazing! Super fresh, and beautifully presented.

Our son loved the cake and the blocks/figures it came with. The cake was very moist, fluffy and tasty! I only wish it came with a whipped icing/buttercream combo instead of just buttercream. Very good and at a great value, the cake lasted for days.

When my granddaughter said she wanted a Minecraft birthday cake, I didn't expect to find the perfect cake at Sam's. It turned out so cute and she was delighted with it! Every cake we gave gotten recently from Sam's has been so good, even better than the local bakeries.

The cake was moist as always and the decorations were very neat. I can tell someone took their time and made it look good!! Thanks my kiddo loved it!! 😍

They didn’t have the toppers.. they gave me cupcake toppers instead. I wish they would have called me to let me know… I would have picked another style. The cake itself was delicious.

This is the 2nd time this bakery has not followed instructions with our kids birthday cakes. I ordered chocolate and vanilla cake, only got vanilla when they cut into it and cake was completely different than pictured. It turned out ok, but not what I ordered. Tried to upload pictures of the cake, but website wouldn’t work properly.

They were out of the decorations so it had no decorations on it, they handed my husband some rings that go the cupcakes to decorate the cake. The side of the cakes icing fell off. I should have been informed that they were out of decorations so I could have made a changes to the cake or canceled my order but zero communication.

I ordered this Minecraft cake for my son, it’s all he asked for, the look of disappointment when I took it out to show him his cake… the cake is all messed up tilting sideways, frosting coming off, mind you I just took it out the fridge. And to top it off, no Minecraft print on the center. Very disappointed.

was called the afternoon before my childs birthday they didnt have the kit the only other "boy" kit they had was batman so i had to do that or an edible image. I asked for a discount was put on hold for 10 mins and had to abadon the call bc i was at work. tried to get the cake elsewhere but since it was less than 24 hours notice no other bakery was willing to do it. my son was sad he picked the cake for the plactic figures that were suppose to come with it. the biggest kicker is you could still go online to order this cake and the others they were out of kits for. they shold figure a way to mark them unavailable or sold out of they are out.

The person who picked up the cake for us didnt order it so didnt know it looked NOTHING like this. The print of "grass, water, flowers" was almost completely covered with the green icing stripes. and we received no blocks or figures. Just "Happy Birthday XXXX" in green across it. We might as well have gotten a plain green cake.
