I like how easy they are to use, how they aren't really noticeable, and they help blemishes go away sooner than usual. I haven't had a bad breakout to test these on yet. Overall, I would use for breakouts and I would recommend to friends and family.

Some don't stick well, but these stick perfectly without being too difficult to peel off. And they work! They suck up all the extra liquid from a popped pimple, which really goes a long way to reducing swelling and redness.

It comes in a cute colorful packaging that is great to take it when you travel as well. When I opened the package I noticed that there was 4 patches on each little pouch! that is very convenient when traveling! My first impression of the patches was that the patches stick to your skin very well. I went to sleep with the patches on and they did not move at all! But best of all when I woke up in the morning my acne had minimized significantly! I was very shocked and excited! I will keep using this product! I will buy some for my sister as well since she also struggles with acne. I highly recommend this product! Very practical and works like magic!

They work SO WELL on both unpopped pimples and pimples that I've already messed with—the next morning it was like they were barely there. I like that this is a combo pack that has individual pimple stickers and larger triangle patches for bigger breakouts in one area! I'm really happy with these and will buy them next time I'm looking for surface breakout patches. I hope Neutrogena comes out with a microneedle patch for cystic/hormonal acne!

The sticker is thin and a tan see through color so its like nothing is there because you can barely see it. After leaving it on over night my pimple looks much less angry and less noticeable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These patches work great to help speed up healing of your acne, though they work best on zits that are weeping or scabbed. These types of patches don't seem to work as well on zits that haven't been popped yet, or on cystic acne. After I wash my face I put a patch on my zit overnight, and I'm careful not to get any moisturizer on the edges of the patch to hinder how well it adheres to the skin. In the morning you can see how the fluid from my zit turned the patch white in some places. Even on a spot where there was a scab there was still fluid on the patch. It helps keep the spot moist enough to heal, and it keeps you from picking at it - an added bonus.

I love that the box contains smaller patches for single pimples and larger patches for bigger breakout areas. I find it so satisfying to remove the patches and see how well the product worked to remove impurities! My blemishes were noticably smaller and less red each day, and were completely gone by day 5!

But I find the bigger patches to do nothing as they look like a thing patch with nothing to help it. I believe more the smaller patches are more effective and works more for acne then the bigger patches.

You just peel them and stick them on. They stayed on all night while wearing them. And they’ve really helped my blemishes over night. They don’t exactly decrease the redness but they definitely help them to heal especially if you wear them for a few days!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe just how quickly these Neutrogena Stubborn Acne Ultra-Thin Blemish Patches Dots actually worked. I had a raised red pimple on my forhead and I put one of these dots on before bed and the next morning when I woke up and peeled it off, to my surprise you couldn't really even tell I had a pimple there! The redness was gone and the size of it was almost completely back to normal. I'm amazed at these little dots. I will definitely want to purchase these in the future. And I would highly recommend this product. Absolutely the best dots or acne patches I have ever used. And it actually stayed on and in place all night, unlike some other brands I have tried.
