I ordered the product on a Friday and it arrived the following Monday. I immediately used it on my Royal shredder which had been squeaking. The shredder immediately started shredding quietly and more efficiently. The price at Sam's was about half of the price at Walmart. One hint - I oiled the shredder outside to avoid getting oil on the carpet.

It was ordered with my new FELLOWES PS-79CI SHREDDER. I was pleased with it's easy application container and it's almost ability to be oderless. A very good product indeed. Good price for a product of longevity. Along with a great shredder I am compleatly satisfied.

Easy to use, doesn't take much so this bottle lasts our household a long long time, it's only 2 of us so we don't have much to shred.. use it once a month squirt small amount across bottom of paper and shred then reverse and run again.... Still on my first bottle...

I purchased this lubricant to replace light oil and sewing machine oil for my Fellowes shredder. It was delivered within 2 days, although it was projected to take 10 days. I am very satisfied with the results of using this product and will recommend it to others whom I suggested purchasing Fellowes shredders.

The Fellowes powershred oil has helped me keep my shredder blades sharp and well lubricated avoiding dull confetti cuts that would allow easy access to personal information. The price,not including shipping charges, well worth the investment obtaining this 12oz bottle. It's easy to use , just cut the spout's tip off and apply as needed.

This oil is necessary to prolong the life of my Fellowes shredder according to the manufacturer. They are very proud of this oil! They charge an arm and a leg for it! Walmart sold the same oil for a much better price. It arrived quickly and shipping was either free or cheap, I forget.

My shredder operates more smoothly after using this vegetable oil lubricant. The instructions for its use could be much better. After removing the cap, no lubricant came out when I tried to squeeze it into the throat of the shredder. You have to snip off the top with a scissor or razor.

This oil can be found on the official fellowes website. Under the specification tab, you can find the MSDS for the oil, which is the material safety data sheet. In that pdf, you can find all kinds of information regarding the oil, including its composition, first aid, toxicity and so on. When you look at the data sheet, guess what this oil is made of! >99% canola oil! That's right, they are selling you cheap canola oil that can be bought by the gallon for a few dollars at premium. Do yourself a favour and buy regular canola oil instead, save a lot in the process. WARNING: Do not use canola oil on other brand of shredders, since their oil might be different. But for fellowes shredders, go with canola oil, you're gonna save a ton of money.

Shredder manufacturers recommend regular lubrication. Fellowes says each time the basket is emptied or 1x/month. If a microcut shredder, after each 15 minutes of use. Fellowes data sheet says this is simply canola oil (easy to get at grocery). The Walmart sourced product, however, is packaged for shredder use and much cheaper than office supply stores.

I never knew before that a shredder should be oiled after each emptying of the basket until I purchased my Fellowes shredder. It came with a little bottle of oil which ran out quickly and Walmart was the best deal and easiest to obtain of any place I checked.
