Tasty and good price

Wish they carried these beets all the time. Whenever I find them I buy a dozen jars as they keep well for quite a while. Great bold taste, like fresh homemade pickled beets. Perfect as a topping over any salad. To avoid wasting the pickling juice after the beets are gone I add a couple cans of drained julienned beets or boil some fresh homegrown beets in the pickling marinade.
