Looking at the thumbnail you don't notice the "erythritol" on the front of the package 
My package arrived and word erythritol was not ON the front of the package.
Erythritol is the main ingredient 
Anyone want to explain why it's labelled monkfruit sweetener?

This should be labelled erythritol with monkfruit

This is disgusting! Not sweet unless you use a lot!. Also it's so much cheaper at other places online.  Yuck

Great taste. No after taste.

Like like this product ,use it like sugar.

Taste just like sugar, but not worth the extreme gastrointestinal distress it caused!!! It took two days to recover.

Wow, side effects

The Monk fruit sweetener seems to work just like sugar, maybe 10-15% sweeter.  The muffins and scones I made for my Keto diet were delicious and so far they have frozen and thawed well.  I think I will subtract 1/8 cup for each whole cup of sweetener in a recipe as we like baked goods less sweet than most.
