The Monk fruit sweetener seems to work just like sugar, maybe 10-15% sweeter. The muffins and scones I made for my Keto diet were delicious and so far they have frozen and thawed well. I think I will subtract 1/8 cup for each whole cup of sweetener in a recipe as we like baked goods less sweet than most.

I blend this half and half with stevia and produce desserts that taste like they have sugar in them. This is a great sweetener! Please note that this is not 100% monk fruit. There is erythritol in the bag as well.

I've been using this brand for many years. I especial like the Golden Monk Fruit, but this is just fine for now. The prices are much lower than other online sources. I add the same amount to my tea or coffee as I would regular sugar. Excellent flavor. Will buy more!

I prefer Monkfruit as a sweetener over granulated white sugar. Health Garden brand Monkfruit tastes great. I also bake with it. No one knows it's not sugar.

Great sugar substitute without the aftertaste. Great for diabetics as it purports not to raise blood sugar levels. Can be used in baking as a one to one substitute for sugar. This is the Classic version which looks just like granular sugar. They also make a Golden variety that I have never tried. I believe that has maple sdded to it.

I bought this as a substitute for another popular brand because it seemed like they would be the same product but this one wasn't as sweet. Didn't like that I had to purchase a minimum of 4 packages when I ordered especially since I was just wanting to sample it.

Taste just like sugar, but not worth the extreme gastrointestinal distress it caused!!! It took two days to recover.
