Like many adults, back pain and general soreness can make it hard to get a good nights sleep and a firm mattress makes all the difference. Unfortunately the last firm mattress purchased online was a fiasco; yes it was firm but more like a foundation than mattress. I ended up having to purchase another mattress and went with a medium which never really did the job either. Fast forward to this; right from the beginning it felt like a better purchase because it wasn't rolled up in a box that required having to expand for 24-48 hrs....it was shipped and ready to go as a full mattress. Next, it's firm but forgiving; perfectly providing support but not hardness. The same for the sizing; thick but not absurd so sheets still fit but without having to wrestle them on/off. If you have back pain or sleep issues, try this one out. It's not hot like some of the full foam mattress types, it's not a brick but provides comfortable support.

This has definitely not disappointed me. I have found that my back doesn't hurt as much since sleeping in this mattress. My quality if sleep has improved tremendously! The firmness is a welcomed change for sure. I am super impressed with the quality amd craftsmanship of it as well. It us quite well made and durable. I recommend everyone give it a try and maybe you too can alleviate any back pain you have been experiencing. Highly recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautyrest always puts out a very nice mattress. I really like the firmness. As a big guy, I tend to sink into mattresses and this one prevented that from happening with nice support and a comfortable nights sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I never knew how much of a difference in sleep quality that a good mattress could provide me. I am beyond impressed with this mattress. To start off, I love how thick it is. I think it has to be at least 15 in thick. On top of that is luxurious pillow top that makes you feel like you're just floating when you lay down. I haven't slept so well in years. Delivery was rather quick and I'm glad they helped me get it in the house because this thing is heavy! But... That's a good thing when it comes to mattress. I chose a soft one because that's what I prefer and this does not disappoint. I love that when I move around it doesn't seem to bother my wife or even shake her side of the bed too much. I can't feel anything poking me or any springs or anything in this mattress. It seems to be very evenly filled with no weird lumps or bumps in it. Ever since I've been sleeping on it I've been wanting to stay in bed every morning!

This mattress is very well made and has good structure. It fits well on my existing Queen bed frame and doesn't need a boxspring. It feels very supportive when I sleep and it doesn't have any dips, it holds its shape well and I like that it's built to last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this Beautyrest mattress! I picked it out for my daughter and every time I lay on it, I am amazed at just how comfortable it was. My daughter has never been a great sleeper and recently started complaining that her mattress was too soft. So we decided to try tis Beautyrest mattress which is a medium firmness with just enough plushness. She is obsessed and has slept great the past week that she's had it. Standard queen size sheets fit perfectly. The mattress arrived in great condition and wrapped in sealed plastic. Delivery was a breeze. I'm highly considering upgrading my mattress to this one as well.

The bed is supportive and I have been able to get a very good night's rest without any aches or pains when I wake up which is exactly what I needed. My partner and I have a 50-pound difference between the two of us and there is no sagging or rolling toward the center.

This mattress is indeed Extra Firm! I ordered this mattress after having (2) pillow top mattresses over the course of 13 years. I suffered a back injury and the pillow top mattress became too soft for my liking. Decided to purchase this extra firm and it’s a bit too firm for me, lol, but I’d rather my mattress be too firm rather too soft and sinking in. However, I ordered a 3 inch gel foam mattress topper and now, I’m sleeping restfully and awaken without any pain.
