They are soft and remove the makeup well. I like to add a little bit of water to make it more wet so that is easier to remove the mascara. Keep in mind that if you're using makeup removing wipes you should still wash your face. I have been using Neutrogena wipes for about 10 years.

This product is very efficient. Perfect for after a long day/night out and you just want to get your makeup off real quick. I would say it gets just about all the makeup off but still best to wash your face a little extra to be sure to get it all clean.

I bought these recently and have been very pleasantly surprised at their effectiveness. I usually use a much more expensive cleanser - I have very sensitive skin and have had trouble over the years with lots of products, but have found these towelettes to be extremely good. They take all my makeup off with ease including mascara, (no residue, stinging or oily eyes like some other eye-makeup removers I have tried) leaving my whole face feeling great.I really like them and they have a pleasant non-overpowering smell. I would thorougly recommend them - and I will now be trying some other Neutrogena products.

They work well, but I feel a bit unclean after and I have to wash my face with water. It's more work than double cleansing too, even though a double cleanse is healthier for your skin. This is also a bit irritating on my skin after rubbing repeatedly.

Definitely remove my make up really well and I have definitely avoided scrubbing on my face which is good for redness on your face really helps get the waterproof mascara out which is extremely hard to get out  all in all really good  add product and good price

I use this at night before bed and I agree it leaves oily stuff and it is annoying. The wipe does take all my makeup off , but it hurts after all of the scrubbing and wiping and I barely wear any makeup . I love that it gets rid of the waterproof stuff but otherwise I use there makeup remover face wash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cloths are have a nice thickness to them and they get the job done with one cloth. They are soft and have plenty of liquid on them. They are unscented (yay!) and very gentle on my skin. I will be purchasing more of these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely loved these makeup remover wipes. They not only work extremely well but they are also super gentle. I have sensitive skin especially on my face. Usually everything burns but this product gave me no issues. It got my mascara off easily. I was even able to get my water line without it burning my eyes. It doesn't have a strong chemical scent either. And they stay moist enough in the package without drying out.
